This condo is in the middle of Sedona with easy access to sights, restaurants, and shopping. It has all the amenities and the host was easy to communicate with. This should be a five-star review, but the patio was dirty and the road noise (which they can't do anything about) was really loud for sleeping in the upstairs master bedroom. As for the inside of the condo, it was great!
Overall a very positive experience! Well set up for 2 couples. Beds comfortable! I did notice a different odor when we entered the unit, but appeared very clean. I would stay here again! Thank you for everything.

Thank you Laurie for treating our place with respect and glad to hear you had a wonderful stay.To address that smell, I think right now a lot of places smell musty, because it rained like 2 feet in the last month. So a lot of areas are damp that aren’t usually, and places smell musty that are normally very dry don’t have any smell. So I’m pretty sure this problem will go away once the rains die down a bit and the humidity disappears.
Again, thank you and would love to be your host again.
If you're looking for the perfect place to relax and crash after amazing days hiking amongst the red rocks of Sedona, it's hard to beat this townhouse. It's far enough west that you're practically out of town, but Sedona is so small, that you're probably less than 10 minutes from anything you want to get to.
The bedrooms are equipped with multi-outlet power blocks (including USB) on either side of each bed, which is a really nice feature overlooked in many vacation rentals. Everything worked as it should and we didn't have to contact the owner/manager for anything during our visit.
No complaints.
Had a great stay at this place
The owners and property manager were responsive and interested in making our stay enjoyable. That was an easy job as the place was well appointed and very clean. All the drawers and soaps were labeled so that was a nice touch.
The location is close to many of the trails you will want to hike and watch sunrise/sunset. The only down side is the due to the easy access to highway 89 there is traffic noise. Since you will likely be outdoors during the day, it is really not that bad, but it is there.
Close to Safeway grocery and some restaurants.
Disappointing for two, uncomfortable for four, would be terrible for six.
Plusses: price, gas grill, bidet hoses on toilets, generous supply of towels, supplies that are often not provided (hand soaps, dishwasher soap, etc.) Decor is appealing if not very comfortable.
ROAD NOISE for 89A made master bedroom miserable.
Master bedroom: noisy, soft mattress, lumpy pillows, no waste basket.
Master Bath: small but functional, except for tub/shower which is DARK, very slick, and has no grab bar.
Guest room: no bathroom en suite or on the same floor, no drawers whatsoever, no functional mirror, no trash can.
Guest Bath: microscopic and tucked under the stairs on the first floor, requiring descent of steep stairs to use it at night.
Kitchen: minimally equipped, terrible cheap coffee pot, lousy cutlery.
The photos show furniture on the master bedroom balcony, and there was none. The photos show a nice back patio, clean and well-furnished. It was actually a filthy mess stuffed with too much furniture and junk.
We were truly embarrassed when we checked and realized what our guests were going to have to deal with. There are two rollaway beds, one in each closet, but where you could put them I haven't a clue.
VERY deceptive listing.
