Thank you so much for sharing this thoughtful review. We’re thrilled to hear the location worked so well for skiing at Nubs and that the walk to the slopes was easy even with kids. It’s also great to know check-in felt like a breeze and that the condo’s storage setup made it convenient to stash skis, boots, and gear without feeling cluttered. We really appreciate the constructive notes too. Your feedback about needing more couch seating in the living room is very helpful, especially for groups who want to gather comfortably after a day on the hill. We’ll be reviewing the living room layout to see how we can add seating or improve the setup without crowding the space. And thank you for mentioning that some items feel a bit dated – those comments help us prioritize updates and keep the condo feeling fresh. We’re grateful you’d rent again and that the skiing convenience made the trip such a win. We’d be happy to welcome you back for another Nubs getaway.

Hi Tim, Thank you for the positive review! We are glad you had a nice and quiet place to stay after golf. We hope to see you in the future for your next golf outing. Sincerely, The Staff at Northern Michigan Escapes

Thank you for your wonderful review! We're so glad to hear that the space worked well for your ski trip and that you found the location convenient with easy access to the slopes. We would love to welcome you back for another stay in the future!

Thank you for sharing this wonderful five star review of Hidden Hamlet and for choosing this condo for your ski getaway. We are thrilled to hear it worked so well for your large group and that it comfortably accommodated two families. Spacious, family friendly layouts are exactly what we aim for with this Boyne Mountain vacation rental, and it is great to know you had everything you needed for a relaxing stay. Your comments about the condo being clean and well stocked mean a lot to our housekeeping and property care teams. Each stay is prepared with fresh linens, plenty of towels, a well equipped kitchen, and thoughtful amenities so guests can simply arrive, unpack, and enjoy their Northern Michigan vacation without worrying about the basics. We especially appreciate you highlighting how convenient it is to get on and off the ski lifts with just a very short walk before you can click into your skis. That kind of near ski in ski out access to Boyne Mountain Resort is one of Hidden Hamlet’s best features. We would be delighted to welcome you back.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear there was plenty of room and that the space worked well for your stay, but I’m really sorry for the inconveniences you experienced with the fireplace and cleanliness. You should be able to arrive and simply enjoy the fireplace, not have to worry about the pilot being lit. We’ve passed this along to our maintenance team so they can verify the pilot is properly lit and that the unit is functioning smoothly before each new arrival. Your note about needing a dirt/dust clean is also very important to us. A fresh, thoroughly cleaned space is a basic expectation, and I apologize that we fell short. We’re reviewing this with housekeeping and scheduling a more detailed deep clean of the condo, including high-touch and easy-to-miss areas, to make sure the home feels as clean as it should for future guests. Thank you again for the honest comments. Feedback like yours helps us address specific issues and improve. We’d love the chance to host you again and provide a stay that feels fully polished from check-in to check-out.

Hi Kathy, Thank you for the positive review! We appreciate your feedback and will certainly forward the coffee pot situation on to the Property Manager. We are so glad you enjoyed your stay and look forward to seeing you again in the future. Sincerely, The Staff at Northern Michigan Escapes

Thank you for your thoughtful and detailed five-star review! We're so pleased to hear that you and your group of friends had a great time and that the condo suited your needs so well. It’s great to know the large common area provided a perfect gathering space for your group—those shared moments are often the best part of a vacation. We’re glad you found the kitchen functional and the condo clean and true to its listing. Harbor Springs in July is a fantastic spot for boating, and it sounds like the location worked out beautifully for your plans. We also appreciate your honest feedback about the bathrooms. While they may reflect an older style, we’re glad to hear they were clean and fully functional for your stay. Your comment about being there for Lake Michigan water, not bath water, gave us a good chuckle—and we couldn’t agree more! We’d love to welcome you back for a winter getaway as well, especially with the ski-in/ski-out access at Nub’s Nob right outside the door. Thanks again for choosing Northern Michigan Escapes—we look forward to hosting you again soon!
