Very clean suite with great communication from the host. Excellent location in Georgetown that is very close to the university. Private parking available as well which is very convenient and rare in the city! Would definitely recommend and stay again.

This property was outstanding. Not a typcial half-basement, but a very roomy full basement, just as pictured. It was very clean, a well-equipped kitchen, and extremely responsive host. Easy parking by the door. We will definitely be returning here for our next stay in Washington.

When we arrived there was a strong fish odor plus dirt on the floors. It was a little chilly at night and unable to adjust the heat. Overall we were pleased with the rooms and location.

This was a very pleasant and convenient apartment!

Roomy, clean, pleasant. The locked parking area with room for two cars was added bonus. It doubled as a safe dog yard in between dog walks. We had a little trouble with the door lock at first, but the host answered emails very quickly. Also, if you want a real kitchen, there isn’t one. You might not realize it because there is a nice kitchen area with everything but a real oven or stove. The hosts provide all kinds of other ways to cook food and make hot water or coffee though.

Simply WOW! In a GREAT location and within an enjoyable 15 minute walk to the heart of Georgetown shops, restaurants, and more! The townhome has easily accessible private and secure parking as well as a full kitchen, bath, and two ample bedrooms. The host provided two blow-up queen sized mattresses and blankets/pillows guests can set up in the great room for additional bedding. Our daughter LOVED the blow up mattress and slept in it instead of the comfortable bed! We thoroughly enjoyed Georgetown's nightlife and had breakfast at a cafe downtown. Also, we took a private DC tour of the monuments, White House, Capital Hill, the memorials, etc. at night and it was phenomenal! The host communicated very well throughout our visit and was very cordial. EXCELLENT!
