Great location if you’re touring DC. Many great restaurants in the area that you can walk to and a Whole Foods about a 2 minute walk. The host responded quickly and allowed us to drop our luggage off before check in. No hassle check in/out.

Overall a good place to stay. Within walking distance of Capitol, great restaurants only a few minutes away, kitchen well equipped. Bedrooms located up narrow stairs, if carrying a suitcase is a problem, also shower in one bedroom is quite tiny. Host extremely attentive to needs.

I truly enjoyed my stay with Rosevelt! Because I had my car I had to locate the property from the alley, which was a little challenging- but Rosevelt immediately got me on FaceTime and assured me I was in the right location. The property was charming and in a fabulous location for a tourist. Rosevelt was responsive to all my questions and took great care of me. I hope to come back someday!

This was a wonderful place in a great location. It was close to the metro about .4 away. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. We would stay here again.

Our stay was wonderful. The home was exactly as described—beautiful, clean, and full of old charm while still offering modern upgrades. It’s a lovely multi-level home that was both comfortable and well maintained. The host was very accommodating and responsive, quickly answering all of our questions and making sure we had everything we needed. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this property to others.

Comms with host prior to arrival (indeed right from booking the previous year) were excellent, so helpful. House exactly as described and met our needs fully. Location couldn't be better, one minute walk to local bus, only 5 minutes walk to Union Station. Food markets, restaurants, bars, hair salons etc all very close by. Our favourite was The Boiling Crab! We'd definitely recommend this property and host, and would happily stay again! Thank you, Rosevelt!
