Bring your own boat, or rent one from Cap’t Hiram’s, which also has a sandy beach bar with live music just 1 mile away. There are 2 bedrooms plus 1 add’l bedroom-sized den. Each bedroom has a King-sized bed and the living room has a Queen-sized Tempur-pedic sleeper sofa. Enjoy WiFi and cable TV. One of FL’s best surf destinations just minutes away, Sebastian Beach. Snowbirds welcome. 3 month minimum rental, $75 condo app approval required (15 day approval turnaround)
