Immaculate home on Great Island, the perfect location in Narragansett, RI. Only a short walk or bike ride (about 1.4 miles) to Salty Brine Beach, local restaurants, shops, fishing docks, and Block Island Ferry. Roger Wheeler Beach and Narragansett Beach are also close by.

This three-bedroom, three-bathroom home offers 1937 square feet of living space. The second level is updated, open and spacious. Enjoy the natural sunlight that pours in from the surrounding windows. The living area offers a gas-operating stone fireplace and cathedral ceilings. The room is furnished with hardwood flooring and two sets of sliding glass doors that open onto a surrounding deck. Included on this level are an updated full bathroom and two furnished bedrooms with ample closet space. The first level, which is street level, has a private entrance with a spacious queen bed and full bath. The washer and dryer are also located on this level.

On the third level is the massive master suite with a king-sized bed. You will be in your own oasis with a full bath and a sitting area. Enjoy water views from the master bedroom's Juliet balcony.

This home provides central a/c, plates, drinking glasses, silverware, cookware, dish towels, etc. Bed and bath linens are also provided. The home also provides Wifi and two Smart TVs (main living area and master bedroom) where you can view television via YouTube TV.

Beach chairs are available upon request. Please inquire about any other beach ware should it be needed.

Guests have access to the entire home minus the garage and shed.

This home has it all and will be your dream house to stay in!

Girls Weekend Getaway

If we could give a 10 star review, we certainly would! The house was simply amazing, super clean and was very well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The location was close to many good dining options as well as a short drive to the beach. The owners are incredibly easy to communicate with and always respond quickly.
