No AC . Fans only moved the heat around.This is a sixplex and was noisy upstairs. If you drive anything bigger than a mg midget you cant get in garage or out of your car. Immediate waterfront is rock. A couple blocks to a beachfront.

I am sorry you were unhappy. We never advertivsed AC And our property is advertised as a condo and not a single family home, We never had a noise complaintbut we can not control who rents above you. If noise was a problem all you had to do was call us. The garage is adverised as a single and there was
lots of free street parking. available.
