This Beautifully Remodeled Townhome is right on the water! Sit on the deck and look out over the Lake. Kayak, swim and fish from the available Dock. Cook up a storm in the fully furnished Kitchen space. Whatever your plans, this is a wonderful place to stay here in the Village!

The Village has 8 golf courses, 11 lakes, miles and miles of trails, pickleball courts, outdoor pool, a work out center, mini golf course, 2 beaches and 2 marinas that have kayak and boat rentals and much more!  

Hot Springs Village is the largest gated community in North America and has a variety of amenities that can be enjoyed by all who visit. With 8 public golf courses, 11 Lakes, miles of bike and hiking trails, pickleball courts, tennis courts, indoor and outdoor pools, fitness center, mini golf, playground, outdoor basketball courts - Something for Everyone!

Guests can only enter through 2 of the gates - Be sure to read the instructions carefully to ensure a hassle free commute and check in. 

The world famous Hot Springs Bath Houses & Spas, Oak Lawn Casino and Horse Racing are all only about 30 minutes away.

Pets are limited to housebroken domestic animals. A pet fee of $25.00 will be required and is a nonrefundable fee. Guest agrees to disclose the breed and weight of each pet. Host may refuse to allow pet occupancy. All pets are required to be on a leash anytime outside of home.

Guest Access:
Hot Springs Village is a gated community located about 25 minutes from Hot Springs. You will need to stop, give the guard your name, and they will give you a pass for your car. These are the only 2 gates that guests are allowed to enter through. You are in the mountains and cell signal could be hit or miss so we strongly encourage you to print the directions.

Enjoy all of the amenities that Hot Springs Village has to offer including over 30 miles of hiking and biking trails, 11 gorgeous lakes, 9 golf courses and so much more!

You can purchase a "5 Visit" pass card. This is an easy and inexpensive way for you to sample some of our most fun activities.

For just $36 + tax ($25 for kids and teens under 18), you get any combination of five visits to these Hot Springs Village recreational amenities:
