Owners keep 3 kayaks on premises for guests to use (life jackets too) along with several paddle boards for your enjoyment.

This town home is located only 2.5 miles from the desired West entry to Hot Springs Village and nearby restaurants, grocery store, and shopping (Wal-Mart, Village Hardware, Dollar Tree, Subway, Dominos, Charlie's Italian, The Shack for great burgers, Ouachita BBQ, Hibachi dining, Tex-Mex dining, The Bee Hive for tapas dining).

While in the Village you can play the 9 fantastic golf courses, enjoy the many hiking and bike trails, fishing, and water sports. Lake DeSoto (200 acre lake) has a marina with boats, kayaks, canoes and paddle boats for rent. There is a state-of-the-art fitness center available with an indoor pool, massage therapist, and many classes to choose from. There is the Coranado Tennis Center (13 courts) and nearby pickle ball (14) courts at Lake Desoto. Let’s not forget the Village’s two very nice beaches on Lake Cortez and Lake Balboa!
