Great location right on the lake! The moonlight shining on the lake at night and the rising sun in the mornings made for a very peaceful stay! Plus it was a very quiet area that made for restful days! The interior was modern but very comfy! Probably the most well stocked rental house I’ve ever stayed at! Bill the host was extremely responsive, answering my questions very quickly! All in all an outstanding stay!

This place is an absolute gem! I can't say enough good things. Great communication, exceptionally clean, and stocked with everything you might need. This place truly feels like home. Quiet area and great outdoor amenities. Living space and rooms are very spacious. We will return to stay again!

Quiet neighborhood while we were there. Beautiful to look out onto the water and see the ducks. Had everything we needed and more. Our host was welcoming and checked in to make sure we were all good.

My husband and I had the best time staying on property. The house was clean and had all of the items one would need for a great stay. Bill is a wonderful host and was very accommodating and helpful. I left some items in the dryer and he kindly shipped them back to me. If we find ourselves back in Hot Springs Village, we will definitely be staying again.

The property was very clean and stocked. Perfect for grandkids to fish off of the dock or take out the kayaks to fish. The family did enjoy a day out on the pontoon boat tooped off with a grilled meal. Highly recommend.

We decided to take a last minute trip with our 2 teenage boys and our 3 year old daughter, this place was perfect for everyone!!! Kids had some much fun on paddle boards and kayaks… didn’t catch any fish but plenty of others around us did!!! Clean and quiet area!!! Had a great weekend away!!! Definitely will be back!
