For those who expect only the best, Beach Colony Tower Penthouse 1B is included in our outstanding luxury vacation properties and is guaranteed to please the most discerning guest. Some rentals feel right when you enter, and this is one of them. This 16th-floor Penthouse is spacious, luxurious, and comfortable.


The large, newly renovated, master bedroom offers a king-size bed with a new mattress, new wood plank porcelain flooring, a 36” TV and DVD player, a large walk-in closet, and sliding glass doors that open onto the spacious terrace. The uniquely situated, completely renovated master bath is surronded by large, wrap around windows, offereing a view of the hypnotic gulg. Updated features include new tile flooring, quartz double vanity, stand alone slipper tub, and a separate walk-in shower with floating shower bench.

The spacious tiled living area includes a 65” 4K Ultra HD TV with streaming capability, DVD, Sony Blue Tooth Audio System.

The porcelain tile continues into the dining area, entryway, and kitchen. Guests will enjoy the new stainless steel Whirlpool appliances, granite countertops, and custom backsplash in the kitchen.

The dining area has seating for 6 at a one-of-kind, custom-built walnut table. There is also seating for 2 at the breakfast bar. The bookshelf in the dining area has an assortment of books for reading on the beach or while you're relaxing on the balcony, along with several board games. The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer.

The newly renovated guest bedroom offers an authentic coastal feel. Updated features include two unique, custom-built queen beds, a 50” HD Smart TV and wood plank porcelain flooring.

The completely renovated guest bathroom includes new tile flooring, quartz vanity, and a combination tub/shower with new subway tile.The separate entry leading into the guest bedroom/bathroom has a pocket door which can be closed to make this a private suite. Great for a second couple. Custom made, decorative touches to all rooms complete the coastal feel.

Nice property overall. There were significant repairs and maintenance activities on exteriors of the property which somewhat inconvenient. Our condo unit was nicely decorated, clean, and comfortable.

This unit was very well maintained. My favorite spot was the master bathroom tub! The unit was beautifully decorated and had books, games, and puzzles! This area doesn’t seem overcrowded so there was a healthy number of people at the beach. The beach was clean and easy to get to.

Perfect Family Beach Trip

Condo is exactly as described and pictured, we loved our stay! The balcony provided stunning views of the beach. Steps to the pool and beaches. The beaches are some of the cleanest and prettiest we’ve seen in the Gulf. Several amazing restaurants from a couple minutes to about 15 minutes away, Flora-Bama Grille and Yacht Club were our favorites for lunch and dinner. Perdido Key Breakfast Club is a must for breakfast/brunch. Condo is also close to grocery and gift shops without a lot of traffic. Our trip was over the 4th of July, but traffic and beach density still wasn’t that bad, especially compare to the days we drove to Gulf Shores and Pensacola Beach, where traffic was much heavier than Perdido Key. The property management group provided great customer service and communication before, during and after our stay.

Our condo at Beach Towers Resort was amazing! So much room and a beautiful view! The condo was so clean with everything we needed. Balcony was huge and such a relaxing place to watch dolphins playing in the gulf. Only thing I would recommend is more luggage carts at check in time on busy days. There were some upset people waiting in the heat. We opted to carry what we could and get the rest of our stuff later. Not necessarily the fault of the property, people were just feeling entitled I think
