View the crystal blue Gulf from the large balcony, accessed from the Living Room and Master Bedroom. This condo has 1176 SF of living area with luxury tile plank throughout. Two assigned parking spaces.

Excellent Stay

Wonderful property and condo! Probably the cleanest condo we've ever arrived to! Everything was as described, no surprises to deal with. The only downside is the assigned parking space is very tight to get into, minor inconvenience. Would recommend this property and will definitely try to book again in the future!

Beautiful Condo

We had a great stay. Great condo, tastefully decorated. Was actually prettier than expecting. Well stocked with essential kitchen supplies. Location was away from the crowds but convenient for driving into either Gulf Shores or Pensacola. The air compressor in the parking garage was a nice touch for inflating floats and blowing off dry sand from shoes, etc. The only drawback was the parking spaces are very tight. But I realize the condo has no control over this at this point. Thank you for the visit!

Very clean, Great condo!

We greatly enjoyed our stay. The condo complex is clean, safe and very simple to navigate. Access to the beach was convenient and the pool is nice and plenty big enough. We were also able to rent beach chairs/umbrella on the day that we arrived. The condo unit was VERY clean. The beds were comfortable and the condo was equipped with all of the amenities and kitchenware that we needed. The TVs were all in working order. The washer/dryer worked great and are in a really smart location in the unit. The only downside was the parking situation, which was so bad that it became comical. While the entire parking garage for the complex is a bit of a tiny mouse trap the specific parking spot designated for unit 706 is laughably bad. I drive a Ford F150 and it was too big for this space. The space would be good for a motorcycle or very small car. I had to enter and exit my truck from the passenger side door because there simply isn't enough room to park and get out correctly. You will notice plenty of coats of paint that have been scraped off of my and previous vehicles that have attempted to park here. It wasn't the worst thing in the world and we were able to make quite a few jokes about it. Overall, we had a great stay! The unit is lovely, the complex is clean and safe and it was a great experience. Thank You!
