Good location and communication

This house is in a quiet and safe neighborhood that is very convenient to events downtown and at NC State. We stayed here for our son's college graduation and the location was perfect. The house is as pictured and the host communicated really well about some issues and broken items related the to group who checked out the day we arrived.

The host was very nice in letting us check in early. Thank you. The house over was not in the best condition. It was very dusty, dining room chair covers were soiled, some blind slates were broken, deck/backyard needs to be cleaned. We had to wipe down the house. I think we overpaid.

Great house, everything new.

Exactly as posted. Everything seemed new and clean. The hostess was extremely friendly and available as we had to reach out to her several times. All that you would need to stay there is made available.
