The studio is very comfortable and clean the hosts even have a painted map on the wall which comes in very handy, there is a dominos pizza just up thr street and also grocery stores a mile away its close to the interstate. It has a large shower with a rainfall shower head which was nice

Upon arriving to the suite, cold water was waiting for us in the fridge. We appreciated this thoughtful touch. Our parking spot was always available, and we wouldn’t have even known they had a dog on their property because things were so quiet. We always felt safe, which was important to me while traveling with my daughter. They did have a graduation party one night during our stay, but we were informed of this a few days in advance and the music was turned off when we were told it would be. This was a special occasion and probably not a normal occurrence. We would stay again without hesitation.

This is my second stay at this property this year. The location is very convenient to Grand Canyon University, along with being near amenities of gas, restaurants, shopping and coffee. The studio is very cute, cozy, and quiet.

Great home base to visit GCU

We stayed here to visit our son at GCU. It was just 5 minutes from campus and centrally located to all kinds of activities in and around Phoenix. The suite was spacious, quiet, and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
