***Available for 30+ day stays only***Modern and spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath home with beautiful lake views on the Chain O'Lakes! Come stay and bring your boat or water toys and tie up to the pier during your stay. Enjoy a coffee or beverage from the side balcony that also boasts great views of the trees and lake beyond the cottages below. Enjoy a fenced in yard for your pets or build a fire in the evening and enjoy the outdoors.
The space
The house has three bedrooms and can sleep up to eight people. The master bedroom features a king bed, workspace, and private bathroom with a shower and large tub. The other two bedrooms have queen beds with a full second bathroom down the hall. Enjoy one of two lounge areas with sitting room, a Roku television, family games, and more.
The kitchen is stocked with kitchenware and utensils. Enjoy your time on the back patio and grill with family and friends.

Once we have confirmed your reservation, you will receive check-in instructions. Guests have access to the entire house and fenced-in backyard space with seating and a firepit, as well as access to use the dock on the water.
