We loved it and will be back! Perfect location to downtown Rosemary and the beach. Quiet pool that gets great shade during parts of the day. The bedrooms are organized in a great way.

Beautiful Home

Pool was heated, rooms were clean and straight out of architectural digest. Love this house, Would want to rent the coach house for privacy next time. Great location!

The home is beautiful, comfortable and filled with light from the windows overlooking the private pool and courtyard. The courtyard is another living space with an outdoor dining table and gas grill for informal dinners poolside. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The kids loved the bunkbed room. Having on-suite bathrooms in each bedroom was amazing for getting everyone cleaned up and having privacy. Having garage parking was a great bonus as parking is a premium. The house is walking distance to shopping, coffee shops, dining, the fitness center and the beach. We walked almost everywhere. Bring your own beach towels, toiletries, trash bags, and all kitchen supplies because there were hardly bare minimum in the house. Overall great stay and would return.

Spring Break Was Safe and Fun

Great location, the only place I had to drive was the grocery store and the golf course. You can walk all the way down to Alys and back. Safe, Private, and Cozy.

Great house for our group

Clean, comfortable, great location. We have stayed here twice and enjoyed it both times. Itā€™s beautiful! There are no blackout curtains, so bring a sleep mask.

Enjoyed our Stay

This was the first time we had rented this property, and we enjoyed the location and convenience of having a pool. There were a couple of small maintenance issues, but nothing that impacted our enjoyment of the week. Very happy that it was pet friendly as well.

Great family stay in Rosemary Beach

Property was clean an ideal for our family of 5 plus 3 guests. We had all we needed and the kids enjoyed the pool. It is not on the beach side but riding the bikes it is a 3-minute ride to the beach entrance. You can walk or bike to all the restaurants and stores. We go to Rosemary Beach every year and this one of the best properties we have stayed in.

Restful week at Rosemary Beach

Beautiful house with nice pool. Short walk to the beach. Weather was not the best and beach was closed to soft sand only. No getting in the water. House was well furnished and kitchen well stocked with all cooking supplies we needed.

The location was great. Having the pool was amazing and they kept it nice and clean. Our garage space was too small for our vehicle. Luckily, we were able to park on the other side of the garage to make it work. The downside of this house was that it needs TLC. In the kitchen a door was falling off because it was missing the hardware, the stove had burnt food that would not clean off. I wish there was a dust pan because I swept daily and had to use a paper plate to sweep dirt into. The bath in the first floor bedroom leaked all over the floor when you showered because it had no sweep on the bottom of the door. You can tell the house is older and has been well used. Itā€™s just time for some new paint and care. I was happy to see that the drapes were lined which helped to keep out the bright morning sun. All that said we did have a great trip and having that pool for our 1 year old grandson was a life saver!

Was a wonderful experience, walkable to town and beach. Loved having A private pool as well. The air cond wasnā€™t working on second floor and management noticed, and notified us prior to arriving and already had an ac repair coming. Very helpful Would recommend having extra blankets for use. Would recommend staying here.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice basic condo and good location , but weather got cold and we weren't allowed to turn the pool above 90. We have rented other units in the area and have always been able to adjust heated pool as needed when we pay for it . I was not told this when I asked about pool heating .

Fine but not great

We rent in Rosemary every summer and itā€™s my favorite trip of the year. Although the homes range in size and amenities they have all been charming and comfortable to spend time in. This house was neither. The kitchen was small and lacking a pantry or any place to put food and too small to cook in. The living room was dark, sparsely furnished and felt cheap and there was no other place to sit and have coffee or cocktails! It was weird, like they just through some furniture together that they had in storage, one of the couches seemed to be missing the other section. The prettiest part of the house was the staircase! All and all it was not a place you wanted to hang around and spend time which we like to do when we are in town. The management was nice and location was good but it didnā€™t feel like a Rosemary rental.

Perfect house for family

Great property close to town and the beach. We rented the main house and the carriage house for our family and friends. The house was very nice and the pool and backyard were perfect for our group. Management team was very responsive and we had no issues with the house at all. It was a great trip!
