South the weekend here with 5 families for a baseball tournament. One of the rare finds where the place in person is even better than the photos. Host was very communicative. We had a blast, thank you for hosting us!

We’re so happy to hear that your group of families had a great time during the baseball tournament weekend. One of the best compliments we can receive is that the property exceeded expectations and was even better in person than the photos. We work hard to ensure the home is well-maintained, comfortable, and ready for groups to create lasting memories together. We're also glad our communication helped make the planning and stay process smooth and stress-free. Thank you for being such great guests and for choosing to stay with us. We’d love to welcome your families back anytime you're in Flagstaff for another tournament, family getaway, or group adventure!

Loved the place. Will definitely use again next year. We had a total of 28 guests and 21 of them were high school students. The game room and sitting areas kept them entertained. The bunk beds on the lower floor really worked well for us.

We’re thrilled to hear the home worked so well for your group—especially with a mix of students and adults. It’s great to know the game room and multiple gathering spaces helped keep everyone entertained, and that the bunk room on the lower level was a good fit for your group’s needs. We truly appreciate how well you managed such a large group, and we’d be honored to host you again next year. Looking forward to having you back!

Unbelievable spot for a large group. The accommodations were perfect for our group. There is so much room for everyone to do their own thing or to gather and do activities together. The whole group said all weekend how nice everything was.

A great house for a big family

We had an amazing time at this cabin. We loved that it was separated into 3 different stories. It was snowing while we were there, and it was beautiful. A large sledding hill was just a few minutes drive away, so it was very convenient for us to enjoy with the kids. Additionally, the property manager was very communicative and professional.

Spring Break

Our large family (24 of us) had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy our time there. So much to entertain all the kids! But the best surprise of all was a full day of snowfall and all the fun that goes along with that! We couldn’t have planned it better ourselves.

Nice place

Very nice property. big seating area was nice for a large group. 2 fridges were nice too. Open game room was nice for kids. Some things show some age, had a few sink issues, some of the flooring is coming up and the tables have some wear but overall that would just be nit picking. Everything else was very nice.
