About this property
Namaste Sulfur Springs House at Healing Waters of Shasta.
Healing Waters of Shasta is located in the Medicine Spring Valley, at the foothills of the Eddies Mountain Range, basking in the natural beauty of alpine lakes and wetlands. Peace and serenity permeate the sacred land. On the 10 acres of land, there are 3 dwellings plus a studio for your solo, family or group retreat. A Crystal Pool and a creek, which is filled with mineral waters coming from Stewart Minerals Springs (now known as Pneuma Institute), flows between the main house & the cottages.
Namaste House is the jewel of the three properties at Healing Waters of Shasta. A three-tiered level deck was built to enjoy the beauty of Mother Nature as you step outside the house. The feeling of peace permeates your entire body, healing and nurturing your soul to its very core.
Namaste House includes five spacious bedrooms and a loft. The beautiful villa is sourced with sulfur mineral water and comes with a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer and dryers, and a sauna. The picnic area on the deck is perfect for having meals outside or enjoying nature with a creekview. Our guests can also enjoy reading or relaxing on our benches and hammocks facing the peaceful creek. For those seeking a peaceful and quiet area, the Sunset Meditation Hut is available for use. High-speed wifi is provided to all of our guests.
The chance to bathe in the natural sulfur mineral waters is an unforgettable experience. Our modern day diet depletes many minerals due to cooking and processed foods. Many minerals are not absorbed as they go through the digestive tract. Certain minerals are best absorbed through the skin. So, spend some time and bathe in the sulfur mineral waters at the crystal pool or the bathtubs at Namaste House. It has been known for centuries that soaking in mineral water heals the body, mind, and soul.
The Namaste House is licensed by Siskiyou County as a vacation rental so come, relax, and enjoy the beauty of Mother Nature.
If you are booking the Namaste House for a group retreat and need more space to host your meditation or yoga class, we offer the Siddhanath Enlightenment Studio as an extra charge ($350 per booking). For maximum comfort year round, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning) was recently installed. Please let us know if you would like to reserve it in addition to the main house for your group retreat at time of booking. Otherwise, your booking does not include the use of Siddhanath Enlightenment Studio.
On the sacred land, we also have the Kuan Yin & the Shivangini Cottages. Both of these properties are on the other side of the creek with a foot bridge connecting 2 sides.

About the host
Hosted by Shelly Tran

I worked as a nurse for about 20 years. When I was introduced to Kundalini Kriya Yoga in 2017, I followed my inner guidance and quit my nursing job to pursue the spiritual path. For the past 5 years, I studied under Himalayan Master Yogiraj Siddhanath. Today, I am a qualified teacher of Kundalini Kriya Yoga and am helping my Beloved Master spread Kriya Yoga for enlightenment & world peace.
Why they chose this property
I had no idea that I was supposed to be the steward of the land until a week before I was supposed to visit Shasta for some sightseeing. I fell in love with the place as soon as I saw the pictures that the realtor sent to me. When I saw it in person, it was confirmation to go forward with what I was guided to do.
What makes this property unique
The house is sourced with sulfur mineral waters for cooking and bathing. Bathing in hot sulfur mineral waters have been known to cure many ailments. The creek, the view, the swimming hole- they are breathtaking. When you are on sacred land, you feel like you are in another dimension. This is what your soul is searching for... peace, love, and serenity....
