This cozy cabin is nestled just off the main street. Furnished with log furniture built right here from the Lincoln National Forest. Bedding includes log twin bunk beds. The perfect place for downtown shopping/eating as well as experiencing the outdoors and taking the road less traveled! We hope you enjoy your stay here in the mountains! Be sure to read the book to understand the reason behind the name of this cozy cabin which has been named Wynken since the early 1900s!

    Walking distance to everything, and a short driving distance to great hiking trailheads.

    We enjoyed a quiet, clean, cozy, and comfortable stay. Walking distance to BBQ, convenience store, shopping center, and brewery. I prefer the local hiking trails (Osha and Rim 2). These have geat scenic views and tree diversity.The cottage has cable TV, a large refrigerator and a stove. The shower has hot water. We appreciated the spacious and comfortable bed. The cozy cottage provided a refreshing "getaway" atmosphere to make our trip a memorable.

    The cabin is located in a beautiful community on a mountain top. Breathe taking drive; great restaurants nearby. We enjoyed the stay and would stay here again if we are ever in the area.

    Cozy cabin close to town

    This cabin was perfect for me and my husband to spend a couple of nights. Downtown was 1 or 2 blocks and a short drive to the golf course was an even better!! Cabin was clean and cozy.

    Very clean and nice little cabin to stay if visiting Cloudcroft. Easy walk to the main street to get coffee or dinner. Ivanna is very responsive to messages if you need anything.

    Cloudcroft was so beautiful. The Wynken cabin was clean and cozy! The amenities in the cabin were perfect! Dishes, cooking tools, fridge, freezer, two burners...Just awesome! The host was super informative and helpful with any questions I had!

    Great stay! Fun place! Did not like the neighbors dogs barked all night and dangerously approached us. Fear of being bitten after they got over the fence.

    Clean, Great Location

    Great cabin for 1-2 people in Cloudcroft. Close to everything. Cabin was clean and had everything you'd need. (except Paper Towels). Plenty of games on the shelf, and books as well. Definitely plan on reserving again when I visit Cloudcroft.

    Too small for our comfort.

    It was clean and well maintained. Location was convenient. Bed situation was inconvenient. Can only enter bed on one side. Bunk bead is over 3/4 of the bed. Wooden ladder location is inconvenient for people getting out of lower bed. If a person needs to go to the bathroom both people have to get up.

    For one person it was great. Clean and well organized. It took a little while to warm up but once it did it was cozy. The beds could use a thicker mattress and more blankets for cold weather. The only big problem was the tiny toilet. It was as small as one found in a kindergarten classroom. Over all the gabin was good
