Mid Century themed, yet modern. You'll feel cozy & comfy during your stay. The fireplace has an infrared heater with “flames” to give ambiance when spending time in the spacious living area. Updated kitchen with all stainless appliances. Near the Village of East Davenport and I74…. close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Sleeps 5 comfortably. The kitchen is set up with pots, pans and some basic condiments. I also provide light breakfast items/coffee. Wifi, smart Tv's in Master and living area. Kick back on the dreamy screened porch! Attached 1 car garage. Laundry provided. Small dogs under 40 lbs welcome.

This is a great place to stay. The home is well stocked with most anything necessary to make the stay comfortable. The house is a perfect place to stay!!Hostess was so accommodating and helpful. Great Weekend Stay!

The kitchen is amazing! Had everything we needed and more to avoid having to eat out all weekend! Beds were very comfortable and the neighborhood is quiet. Loved the vintage decor and the attention to detail in making the house feel homey. Plenty of towels, pillows, and blankets to make our stay extra amazing! Will stay again if our travels bring us back to Davenport!

Just what we were looking for!

Our stay was amazing! The house was exactly as it appears, clean, decorated well, plenty of sheets/pillows/blankets/towels, a nice updated kitchen which made cooking easy instead of eating out every meal! Garage was clean and easy to pull in and out of which helped keep the snow off the car during our winter stay! The beds were comfortable and the place just really made it easy to feel like you were at a true home away from home! 100% recommend staying here, and we will definitely be back when visiting family again!

Mid Century Modern Duck Creek Retreat Review

This was the very best vrbo we’ve stayed in by far! The house was in a nice neighborhood and was very clean. I was amazed at how comfortable the MCM couches were. The house has a screened in porch and a one car garage you can use. There were two bedrooms which allowed our granddaughters to have a sleep-over with us. The basement was nice and clean with an air hockey table, a foosball table and assorted games. Brittany provided an assortment of laundry detergents for our use as well as great coffee, sugar, and cream in the fridge. The house was close to the interstate, shopping and restaurants. We would definitely stay there again!

Perfect Home For A Long Weekend

We were in Davenport for a weekend event, and chose this home for its location and amenities. It is a cozy but spacious home, with plenty of living space, a well-stocked kitchen with everything we needed to cook a few meals, very comfortable bedding, and plenty of linens for the 3-day weekend. The home is clean and nicely decorated. Since it snowed while we were there, the garage is a definite bonus! The home truly is centrally located to many destinations in Davenport. The host provided all the initial information needed to access the home. Although we didn't utilize it, the basement is basically a game room, and would be perfect for active youngsters.Would definitely recommend this property.
