Cutest basement apartment in 1940's historic home in the heart of charming downtown Bozeman! 2 blocks from Main Street. 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, making this the perfect getaway for couples, families, and friends on an adventure. We provide all the essentials for a good night's sleep, as well as a welcoming kitchen to cook in. Free parking is available on the street. Winter and summer activities are endless - use this as your cozy home base! You will have the basement unit to yourself. We live in the upstairs unit. These units have separate entrances. The space features 2 bedrooms, both with queen size beds. There is a couch in the living room. There is a TV in the living room. The kitchen includes everything you may need to cook during your stay. The space includes 1 bathroom with a washer and dryer. The backyard is fenced and shared with us. If you have questions before booking, let us know! Guests have access to the basement unit - 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living area, and kitchen. Shared back yard with us (we live in upstairs unit that has a separate entrance). Please note before booking: This is a basement unit. We live in the upstairs unit (separate entrance). You may see us or hear us. Quiet hours are 10pm to 6am. This is NOT the spot for you if you want to party/be loud after 10pm. We control the heating/cooling for the entire house, however, there is a gas fireplace in the unit you can use and windows you can open. We also provide lots of blankets for colder nights. The space has NOT been child-proofed. For longer stays: We provide enough TP, paper towels, trash bags, etc for shorter stays, but you may need to purchase additional products if you are staying for a longer period of time. For longer stays, we do not clean the Bungalow during your stay. Just before and after! STR20-00287

Our stay was great. House was cozy and perfectly located downtown to provide walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Was a great place to go relax after a busy day of hiking or sight seeing. Was worried it might be hot at the end of July but box fans were provided in the closet and temp was perfect with those. Parking is street parking but we never had an issue with finding a close spot. We didn’t cook but kitchen looked like it was well stocked with essentials. Beds were super comfy.

A quick weekend trip, I needed to be able to walk todowntown and MSU campus. This location was perfect. Did not spend much time in unit because of weekend schedule. However, it had all I needed comfortable bed, access to washer and dryer, clean unit and plenty of space. Would rent again.

Cute basement apartment in great location

This basement apartment is perfect for 2 people or a small group. It has everything you need including a separate entrance. Location is very close to downtown within walking distance of many restaurants, brewpubs and shops. Also close to the Main to Mountains trail where you can choose a hiking path up the foot hills or stay on the main path to MSU and it's great museum!

Great Location

Great location very close to Main Street/Downtown Boseman. Very clean, with nice kitchen, bathroom and laundry. Given that it is a basement unit it may not be the place for you if you want lots of windows and light. Less than 100 yards to morning coffee shop and two blocks to downtown restaurants and nightlife. Great value and very nice hosts. The bagels and cream cheese they gifted us was appreciated.

Overall the location was ideal as it was a few blocks off of main which suited our needs perfectly. The cozy downstairs was nice and clean and slept our group of four comfortably. A wonderful place to stay

It was good! The space had its quirks, but what place doesn't lol. All of us are over 6' tall(with the exception of the 2yo), so the toilet was a bit of a tight squeeze and there was an occasional head bump here and there, but those things were minimal. The space was just right for us, all of the accommodations were good, the sound machine was a nice touch, especially since I forgot my daughters! Even my Hubby who is pretty picky said he really liked it!

Felt like home .

This is a great property to stay at it's very nice and clean. When I'm back in that erea this will be the first place i will try to stay. The property manager was very professional throughout my stay. I came in there and didn't need for anything everything was wonderful and in order. Thanks a lot . Great place near Downtown Bozeman

We loved our stay at Neil and Sara's place. It had everything we needed and so close to Downtown. It is always nice to stay someplace where walking to downtown is convenient and this place is that!It is a basement unit. My husband and son are 6'2" and had to duck in a couple places in the unit, mainly at the bottom door to the unit and over one of the beds. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. The bathroom was supplied with soaps and shampoo in an environmentally conscious way. Neil and Sara live upstairs and we could hear them walking around but it was not disturbing. I know some people are more sensitive to this which it is why it was mentioned. We met Sara one day and she is very nice. Neil was excellent at communicating and very responsive to any need we had. We would definitely stay here again!
