Unobstructed stunning views of Lake Tahoe in our 100% completely remodeled, refurbished mountain modern retreat. Privately situated in the tree's, perched over Lake Tahoe's North Shore. Enter at the top floor to an open great room including the kitchen, dining area, countertop seating area, and living room. Downstairs second floor has the main bedroom with a bathroom and rear deck, 2nd bedroom, guest bathroom. The lowest 3rd level has,
a bedroom with its own private full bath and rear deck.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that some features and amenities may be unavailable in the winter due to snow—including but not limited to BBQs, outdoor furniture, and patios. Additionally, Chinquapin amenities are not guaranteed and may be unavailable due to weather, maintenance, or other circumstances beyond our control.

All guests will be required to complete a check-in form and rental agreement upon booking confirmation.

Truly an excellent stay!

The cabin was beautiful and fully appointed. 3 full bedrooms and bathrooms were great for 3 couples and the overall layout of the property is great. It was a great place to spend time with family and the kitchen worked well for cooking (though the oven needed minor wiping).

This is a lovely property and location. However the smoke detectors went off at 1:30am our first night, the 2 coffee makers did not work and for a vacation rental the owner has a lot of stuff throughout the property.
