Breathtaking newly remodeled 2 bed, 1 bath unit

A true home away from home that is so beautiful you will never want to leave. Beautiful and cozy this unit is fully stocked and ready for you and your Alaskan adventure. Centrally located and close to hospitals and the airport. Unit will be having the deck replaced in the Fall of 2022 but will not require any access to the unit itself during that time. Come and relax and enjoy this beautiful gem. Guest will need to climb one flight of stairs. Some remodeling happening in building.

The location was precisely what we needed: very close to good food in all directions, 10 minutes from downtown, 10 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes to the seaplane base! And a church right next door! Our stay went so smoothly, we're planning another trip to AK to finish the things we wanted to do!

An attractive and newly furnished VRBO located in a safe neighborhood with quick access to major parts of Anchorage. The kitchen is well stocked for meal prep, plenty of bathroom towels, and a handy washer/dryer right in the unit. I will definitely stay again.

Everything about this property was great except location. It was beautiful outside while we were there but we couldn’t sit on the deck because of the road noise. We couldn’t sit in the living area with the doors open either because of this. Maybe next time we will request a unit on the back of the property facing away from the busy road out front

Couldn't have asked for a better stay

Beautiful, clean, safe, like new, quiet, fully stocked kitchen and bath, comfortable, easy check in/check out, well taken care of, conveniant location... perfect stay for our getaway. Would definitely book again if going back to Anchorage.

Perfect spot for our short visit. The unit was so comfortable and the updates they are doing are really great. There was work being done as they continue to upgrade the property but it didn’t interfere with our time there. Communication was quick and easy and even with varying arrivals and departures it was easy for us to get acquainted and comfortable.

Nordic Ski Trip for US Nationals at Kincaid Park

The apartment was exactly how described. Clean renovated and quiet neighborhood. Close to restaurants and downtown. Close to airport and kincaid park for nordic skiing. Would definitely recommend this apartment and would stay here again.

Visit to Alaska

We needed a place to stay prior to picking up an RV and traveling all over AK. Christina’s place is very convenient to amenities and very close to the airport. Def worth renting.
