Perfect location, pool and backyard were amazing! House is very cute, clean and comfortable. Plenty of towels and nice to have wagon and chairs. Enjoyed lanai with TV. Only real negative was the kitchen - very, very basic if you’re planning on cooking at all.

ZERO complaints. The bedrooms were a great size, the house was so clean. Communication with the host was not needed much but when it was (asking for early check in) they were very responsive and super friendly. The pool was clean, the furniture outside was well maintained and great quality. The price was very reasonable and the lcoation was fantastic.

Hidden oasis

Nice size home for the family and grandchild. The beds were very comfortable. The backyard pool area is beautiful. Pool was delightful after a day at the beach. Definitely and wonderful stay in paradise

House on 12th Ave.

This was a perfect stay for my family of five. We enjoyed the pool and screened in porch. The house has everything we needed, and it was a short walk to the beach. Perfect!

We really enjoyed the home and its amenities. The kids loved the easy walk to the beach. We spent our days between the beach and pool. I’m very picky about cleanliness, and the home was super well maintained and clean. I appreciated the extra towels on hand. The listing photos matched the home perfectly. We are planning on returning and using the same home again. The host was very easy to communicate with. Indian Rock Beach offers a unique vacation experience. The vibe was very welcoming. The area was quiet and not too touristy. We loved how there was a variety of restaurants to choose from. Our favorites were Guppy’s, Crabby Bills, and PJ’s Oyster Bar. The beach was beautiful and a short walk from the house. We saw manatees swimming right by us in the Gulf. There were turtle nests at the beach, but we didn’t get lucky enough to witness them hatch.

Great Family Stay

The outdoor heated pool was a hit with our 6 and 1 year old along with the enclosed back porch. The house is a short walk to a fun playground and nature boardwalk. We drove to beach with our kids but it would have been possible to walk. We appreciated the beach bags and towels to borrow during our stay.

Loved it@

Super clean, inside and out. Well stocked with supplies for a short walk to the beach or to simply stay in and hang out by the pool. The neighborhood is very quiet and the property managers are prompt to respond and super helpful. If you're heading to IRB, I would highly recommend staying here.

Great vacation and location

We decided to stay here due to private pool and had a family member with limited mobility. Was a great choice. House was comfortable, but did have limited seating in living room. Everything was there that we needed except a full size coffee maker. Beach chairs and items were a bonus. The house was very clean... exceptional! Beach was in walking distance but we rented a golf cart. Great, quiet neighborhood!

Hinge missing off the screen door leading to the back yard.pool area. Door was about to come off the other hinge. I did report it and told them it did not need to be addressed while we were there. Pool was not usable. It did not appear to have been cleaned or chemically treated for quite some time.
