About this property

The All seasons Collection 30A is pleased to include this comfortably chic, cozy cottage in our portfolio of distinctive homes, all located in the town of Rosemary Beach. Nestled on a secluded tree adorned lot, this charming cottage is just steps away from the bustling excitement of the town center. The French door courtyard entryway lends itself to a calming atmosphere filled with soothing earth tones beautiful Oak floors and a spacious comfortable seating area. The chef style kitchen with pantry for great storage, island seating for four and spacious dining area are also featured in this open floor plan. A real bonus is the additional living area on the first floor with gas fireplace ( couch can be pulled out but not to accommodate additional guests) . One of the three bedrooms a queen with adjoining bath is located on the first floor to include a larger walk-in shower. The washer dryer and half bath are also accessible as well.
The hallway style staircase leads to the second floor where there is king master with ensuite, featuring an balcony overlooking a lovely park with bench seating. Across the hall is the third bedroom that includes one full and twin bed, also featured is an adjoining bath with a tub shower combination.
This home has so may special features and the in town location makes it the perfect getaway.
