the property was amazing, what a gem. So glad we stopped. The decor was top-notch and of the highest quality. I can understand why this is rated 12 year and older by the host. This was a random find for us, and I think that if the host added more pictures and details of the location they would receive much more business from LOTR fans. The scavenger hunt was a fun surprise that will stay in the families memories. If anyone knows where the wooden hare or wide-eyed owl is, let me know. It will drive me crazy!

My only regret was not booking a longer stay! This property was absolutely amazing. The attention to detail was incredible and it had such a cozy, homey vibe. I can't even begin to imagine the amount of time and effort that went into making this property look so incredible, but it was well worth it!! The owners have put such effort into every detail for such a fun lord of the rings getaway place! Complete with scavenger hunt and optional add-ons. Clean, organized, and convenient to Chattanooga. Great host with easy checkin and checkout. Lovely family getaway for son's birthday.

Awesome fun stay

This place was amazing. We only stayed one night but will definitely be back for a longer stay. It’s the ultimate middle earth home and we got to feed the mini pony and goats. Kids (14, 15) are still talking about it. Host was very nice and communicated easily and quickly with us.
