This was a fantastic place in a great location. The apartment was very spacious and the area was quiet. There several great restaurants near by and it was super easy to get around to places outside the area. The apartment was immaculate. It was a fabulous place for a long weekend getaway. The co-hosts Mark and Tommy were welcoming and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay here! Really cool spot right in the heart of the arts district. Our room was pretty clean, we did find trash from a previous tenant under the tables. Their check in-time is from 3:00pm-6:00pm, so if you're traveling from out of town, be sure you're there for that small check-in window. We were late to check in but the owner was super helpful getting us checked in without charging a late fee. Really great spot for the price, we would certainly come back!

Nice spot for the price

If you’re looking for a clean, secure spot in the arts district this is it. Street noise in the morning is a thing, but if I needed to sleep past 7:30 earplugs worked just fine.
