The Space:

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE GAZEBO ABOVE THE OUTDOOR DINING AREA WAS DAMAGED DURING RECENT HEAVY RAINS IN THE LA AREA AND IS CURRENTLY BEING REPLACED.



Sherwood Oasis is a stunning gated home with a detached guest house. This oasis sits on a huge lot with a large front yard and an enormous private backyard with a sparkling pool. The main house offers 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The guest house has a king bed, sofa, kitchen, dining and Smart TV. The master suite has amazing features like the Japanese soaking tub and an electric bed that goes up and down. Two bedrooms w/ King beds can split offering 8 separate beds in this home! Great host communication. Fully stocked kitchen, bathrooms and linen for guests. gated, huge lot.



The Neighborhood:

Great location with private gate. Close to Northridge Mall and endless restaurants.



Getting Around:

House is located near the freeway and uber is also a great way to get around the LA area.



Other Things to Note:

Mobility ramps are available for step-free access free of charge. Please let us know if you will be needing them prior to your arrival.



For rentals of 30 days or longer, a flat, non-refundable utilities fee is required. This fee is calculated based on the size of the property and seasonal usage, and must be paid upfront. $50-79/day



Pool heating:

Pool Heating is at an additional cost of $299/day with a 3 day minimum. It takes a day to heat the pool so let us know 48 hrs before check in if you want the pool heated and and at what temperature. *89-96 is recommended.



BBQ:

Please note we provide a BBQ grill and empty propane tanks. If you would like our staff to fill up the propane tank for you it's $69/per tank. Otherwise, the tanks can be filled at a nearby propane gas station or store for only the cost of the propane. Please let us know if you have any questions.



Keys:

Any Missing keys to the property will be subjected to a $150 fee per set of keys.



Clickers:

Any gate/garage clickers missing to the property will be subjected to a $100 per clicker



PETS - additional deposit of $250 minimum.

Additional Pet fees may apply up to $750/per pet, depending on the size and breed.



Rollaway beds available at $99 each

Thank you for your reservation! Please note that for bookings made after 4 PM or for same-day arrivals, we may not always have time to fully refresh the property before your check-in, depending on the timing of your reservation.

If you notice anything that needs attention upon arrival, please don’t hesitate to message us — we’re happy to send someone out the next day to take care of it. Your comfort is our priority, and we’ll do our best to ensure you have a great stay.
