This Waterfront, 5 Bedroom / 5 Bathroom home on Oak Island is 100% gut renovated, minutes from Folly Beach and is the perfect getaway for families and friends. All bedrooms have king size beds. The home features two kitchens both fully equipped. The Main Kitchen features two islands, a double oven, beverage center and water front views. Three bedrooms enjoy on-suite bathrooms and the Master showcases waterfront views. The airy, yet cozy Living Room is home to a wood burning fire-place and large TV and walks out to a southern-style screened in porch - complete with outdoor kitchen, second fireplace, outdoor tv and bar. Full surround sound indoor and outdoor speakers controlled via SONOS. The backyard has a boat dock (great for fishing and crabbing), outdoor shower, kayaks, hot/cold plunge pool and large gunite swimming pool with a waterfall, perfect for enjoying the outdoors. Then, enter the garage, which has been converted into a gym and spa - complete with sauna and workout area (and a second washer/dryer too!).

Crosby’s is a cool local spot that’s easy to kayak to (30 mins) for din or drinks!

Renters have potential access to a 2020 Chaparral 280 OSX with twin 250 Yamaha's. Per the 2026 STR rental permit number ZSTR-01-26-01447. NO more then 5 cars are allowed at the house and all cars need to be parked in the driveways!

The house was absolutely perfect for our family. Great location and amenities. We loved the house layout that had different living spaces and kitchens to accommodate a group our size. We would definitely return and would highly recommend to other guests looking for the perfect getaway.

Great location and amenities

We absolutely loved our time staying at Chris’ place. We was a great host who responded quickly whenever we had a question and provided lot of information about the property. The house has so many nice spots to relax and things to keep everyone in your family entertained. We also loved the location away from the busy areas of Folly Beach but so close to go out to the beach or restaurants.

Beautiful..quiet oasis

What a gorgeous home! Very comfortable and has amazing setup for a big family. Great neighborhood..We had a fantastic time. Hopefully we can return again soon!

Perfect vacation rental!

The house is perfectly located close to the beaches as well as Charleston. Better yet, the waterway behind the house is gorgeous. We saw dolphins and incredible sunsets! The house is well equipped with paddle boards, kayaks, plenty of space for large parties. We had the best time and would absolutely come back!

An Outstanding Home In Every Respect

We have stayed at a number of wonderful VRBO homes, but this one tops the list. The photos, while very nice, do not do not come close to doing it justice. This is a big spacious home with king size beds and bathrooms everywhere you look, a great open kitchen, screened in porch, a large comfortable living room, a work out room, and a sauna. Our three 15-year-olds spent hours fishing off the boat dock, and when they were not doing that, they were in the large pool cooling off or taking turns with my wife touring the waterway on the two paddle boards. Located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood, it is less than five minutes to the grocery store, numerous restaurants, and is only 25 minutes to downtown Charleston. On top of all of that, the Owner is really great! He sent us a very helpful list of instruction a few days ahead of time and was readily available the couple times we had a question. This was our first visit to Charleston in which we chose to stay on the Folly Beach side of Charleston. Overall, we found this home offered much more and was better situated than comparable priced homes on Isle of Palms.
