New Build! Gorgeous new single-family house in Stingray Harbor, in Ocean View/Bethany Beach. 5BR/4BA (1 king bed, 3 queen beds, queen bunk beds, queen convertible couch). Walk to new restaurants and breweries, mini golf, ice cream and shops. Central to everything Bethany and Ocean View have to offer. Less than 2 miles to downtown Bethany Beach.

Open floor plan with gourmet kitchen, dining table seating for 8, counter seating for 4, and spacious family room with large smart TV. There are two first floor bedrooms - one King bedroom w bathroom, and one Queen bedroom. Both have smart TVs. Separate guest bathroom and laundry room on first floor as well. Spacious screened back porch - Table seats 6, plus conversation seating and TV.

The second floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths with a large open loft area. Two bedrooms have Queen beds, a "bunk room" has a queen over queen bunk, as well as two recliners. Smart TVs in all bedrooms. A fold out couch in the loft allows for extra sleeping space for 1-2. The loft also features a smart TV and a table and four chairs for playing games or working.

Outdoor shower added in 2024.

Why they chose this property

Ocean View is a great neighborhood with a lot of new restaurants and shops that are withing walking distance of the house. It is close to the beach, but also has its own little town vibe. You can walk to putt-putt and ice cream as well as some great new restaurants and shops. A short drive to downtown Bethany (less than 2 miles), or grab the trolley in the next neighborhood over. The house is new, and we added a screened proch this fall which has been a great addition to the fun we have in this house.
