It is a breath of fresh cool air as we are at 8500 ft in elevation, where air conditioning isn't needed. It's a perfect place to relax after your hikes in the warmer areas of the National Parks. Enjoy the amazing scenery and famous hiking trails. Aspen Mirror Lake, Navajo Lake and Panguitch Lake are within minutes of the Condo along with several excellent fly-fishing streams/rivers. There are over 500 miles of ATV trails. During the winter there is great snow for snowmobiling and sledding, and at Brian Head Summer and Ski resort you can take in GREAT skiing or snowboarding. During the summer, enjoy the beautiful wild flowers and wildlife. You are sure to see Deer and Turkey abound! Horseback riding is also available in the village.

This cozy and very clean Condo is furnished with everything you'll need for a comfortable stay. There is satellite TV/DVD and WiFi for your convenience. There are 2 Queen beds (1 in each bedroom). You'll never forget it!

Cozy condo

Cozy 3 bedroom condo in Duck Creek Village. Surprised by the elevation change and the ride to the nearest city, Cedar Break, for groceries was quite a steep decent and climb back up! Duck Creek is a small village located in a wonderful pine forest. We only stayed a couple of nights but enjoyed our stay. Beds are comfortable and kitchen has all you need to cook a nice meal. Big comfortable couch for watching a movie and relaxing.

Great, beautiful place to stay!

We stayed at this cabin/condo for 3 nights in June. It was beautiful to wake up and see the quaint little village across the street and the breathtaking views. The place was nice, clean, spacious and had all the amenities of home! If you want the 'feel' of roughing it, with cable tv, warm beds, a hot shower and a beautifully decorated condo - this is the place for you! Be sure to eat at the wonderful cafe across the street! We had breakfast there every morning and dinner there after returning from Bryce canyon each night. The entire trip was amazing and we are so glad we chose this location to stay! Enjoy your trip too!

Cozy

Our family of 6 had a good time over president's day weekend 2021. Pros: The living/ kitchen/dining area was near perfect for visiting. The hill behind the building was perfect for tubing/sleding. We made a run with help of the snow shovel on-site. The last day our son made a curvy run on the side of the building opposite the road. The road also made a great slide IF you have someone watch traffic. We were easily able to cook. With the sledding places right on sight, we had no reason to leave once we arrived. Cons: The 3rd bedroom is a room with no windows and no closet. My granddaughter felt it was weird. There were only four Chairs at the table and there were 6 of us. Sleeping 6 people I expected 6 people to be able to sit at the table and on the couches to watch movies. The loveseat & couch only seats 5. They need 2 more table chairs and probably a different table. The mattress in the room on the right side was quite hard. I had to get a quilt and fold it in half and in half to make the bed soft enough to sleep. My daughter said the other bed was hard also. Nathan, the condo contact, was immediately responsive. We will go back!

Very clean unit. Some safety issues with shower door not in railings and outdoor railings very loose. Restaurants were very limited and all closed before 8 pm. Host had great check in communication, but nothing after that. We had sent her a message prior to check in and still no response 3 days later. No amenities in the unit.

Property was nice and convenient location for what we had planned for the weekend. However middle bedroom door would not secure. Door frame is warped. Also the tv screen had lines running through it.

Family trip

This was a family trip since my granddaughter just graduated from high school and is moving out of state. I chose this condo because there were 3 bedrooms which allowed room for everyone to have their own space. I found communication difficult, had to email and wait for a response. I was never given a local contact phone number to call if I needed something immediately, even though I asked for one in an email. I probably would not book a stay again just for lack of a local person to contact if needed.

Numerous problems with this stay

This place SHOULD HAVE BEEN a nice place for our stay; but we encountered several problems that truly affected the stay in bad/adverse ways. On the plus side, the place is quiet and in a safe area. The layout is good and the place is spacious. Problem #1–MAJOR—The door does not lock or unlock easily or reliably. It took us nearly 20 minutes to get the door opened when we first arrived. Worse still, on two occasions during our stay, we were completely unable to lock the door when we left for the day. Guests should not have to remove all of their belongings every time they go out just to make sure that they aren’t stolen. Problem #2–MINOR—The light in the master bedroom flickers and gives off an annoying strobing effect. Problem #3–MEDIUM—The television only works sometimes. Every time we turned it on, it came up with a signal/connection error message that took roughly 10 minutes to self-resolve. Problem #4–MEDIUM—There is no street sign indicating the road name. Additionally, there is no obvious address number on the building. This made it difficult to know that we had found the right place. Problem #5–MINOR—This place is located in the middle of nowhere, with no restaurants or stores nearby. Duck Creek Village is nearby but most of the businesses are open only a few days a week. Moreover, the road into town is unpaved & our car nearly got stuck in the mud trying to go there. Very inconvenient!

Needs maintence/repair

Our stay was comfortable and met our needs and we were grateful for modern conveniences as the rest of the family was camping. However the place is outdated if that matters to you. Here are a few things that need repaired: Broiler not working in oven. Oven was filthy. Light bulbs burned out in queen bedroom. Exhaust fan broken in bathroom. No Aircondiioning. No wire whip to mix things with. Decorative pillows/cases not cleaned between guests.

Comfortable

It's a bargain, but not fancy. A good pitstop if you want to go off-roading. The host was quick to respond to my messages. One of the "bedrooms" isn't legally a bedroom because it doesn't have a closet or a window. The grill is the kind you find at the park. The amenties listed a spa but there wasn't any spa.

Nice condo close to Bryce Canyon

We chose this place as it was close to Bryce Canyon. It was a nice property and as advertised. We did have a problem with the bathroom sink but the owner was quick to come over and fix it. My only complaint would be the internet connection is very slow. We like to bring our own Roku and there were times it would not connect. I am not sure if all of the condo's are attached to the same internet but based on slowness, I would think they are. Otherwise, the condo was clean and well stocked and I would stay here again.

Close to parks

Stayed here while visiting national parks. Close to Zion and Bryce Canyon , as well as Cedar Breaks and The North Rim. The unit was clean and plenty of room. Could use some dressers on the bedroom for clothes storage. Nice views from two of the bedrooms across the valley. Watch out for the mule deer along the highway. We came in from the South, and stopped at Walmart in Page for supplies. Duck Village is convenient and Hot Mama’s pizza is pretty good, but a little pricey. would definitely stay again.
