Right in the heart of the action for our family reunion yet far enough away from the main lodge where everyone else was at.

Great Location

We had a great experience here. The place was well appointed and the location was equal distance between Zion and Bryce Canyon parks. We would certainly recommend this condo. We also enjoyed the town of Duck Creek Village. However, I would suggest bringing your groceries with you--not much in the way of local stores.

Great locaton

Great place and loved that it was half-way between Zion and Bryce. We were there off-season, so there weren't many dining options in Duck Creek, but we found places to eat by the parks. The only issue was that two of the dining chairs need to be replaced.

Great place!

We had a great time at this clean, comfortable, beautiful spot. Location was great for visiting both Bryce Canyon and Zion. Very friendly community and the starry skies at night were amazing! Did not get the wi-fi to work but we didn't really miss it.

Comfortable, convienient, incredibly friendly and extremely helpful hosts

Very, very nice condo in a wonderfully beautiful scenic location. We had an unexpected snow storm and the host Nate came to us and shoveled us out, cleaned and scraped the snow and ice off our car, and when we had a medication refill actually worked with the pharmacy in Cedar City to get the prescription to us just after the snow storm. Our stay couldn't have been more enjoyable - we were very pleased and happy with our stay.

Utah National Parks

Good location between Zion and Bryce Canyons. Clean and comfortable accommodations. Plenty of room for 4 adults. Paved area for parking and pulling in would be a plus since it was muddy with potholes. Some sort of coasters for the tables so as not to leave wet rings. We used napkins. Still a nice place and reasonably priced.

Great condo for site seeing

The condo is very nice, exactly as it was described, but for me felt bigger then the pictures. I rented it to visit Bryce, which was about 45-50min. away. It was defiantly better than any of the hotels in Bryce. The owners also provided some helpful info before I arrived, which was also in the condo. There are not a lot of restaurants in the area, so getting groceries at Ceder City before you get there is a good idea. Also a note of caution about the area, if you are driving at night, drive slow, because there are a lot of deer out, I saw about 6 every night I drove back, including one car accident.

Great Location for visiting Bryce Canyon and Zion

The condo was very clean upon arrival and was as pictured on the internet. The kitchen equipment could be updated. The can opener did not work but we were able to borrow one from the next door neighbor. There were no casserole or dishes for the microwave except the dinnerware. Also, the only pans for the over was a cookie sheet. However, there were lots of pans for the stovetop. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of closet space. Only the master bedroom had a dresser, so whoever stayed in the other bedroom had to live out of their suitcase. I wouldn't even consider the third bedroom as a bedroom. There was no closet, no dresser. Just a lamp and a futon couch which was not comfortable even to sit on. Fortunately we did not need it. There is no airconditioning which with the nights being cool, wasn't really needed. The only problem is that the bedrooms are on the front of the building near the road and with the windows open, it is very loud with the 4 wheelers and cars. It did quiet down after around 11:00 p.m. until around 6:00 a.m the next morning. The main problem we had was with the internet. It did not work 3 of the 4 days we stayed here. After repeated communication with the manager, they finally sent someone out to replace the modem and the last few hours of our stay we had no problems. The location is beautiful and an easy drive to both Bryce Canyon and Zion National Parks.

This Condo was on a very picturesque drive and a very convenient distance to many parks and activities. Each of the places we went were roughly 30-60 minutes away. We had trouble with a slow bathroom drain upon arrival, but it was fixed as soon as we let the manager know. Our trip was cut short because of a death in the family. We would definitely stay here again when we return.

Cute little place with great location!

It was perfect for our quick trip to celebrate our late grandma’s first birthday in heaven. We were located right across the street from all the shops/restaurants etc. surrounded by trees in the back! Only downside is sleeping with windows open you face the street and hear the cars running over the lines and tons of Polaris’s and vehicle hauling butt down the dirt road, (but was also nice to hear the Polaris’s as I grew up going to Glamis). The dryer was broken and working on getting replaced and they were super quick and responsive to let us know what’s happening and they were super nice!! Would definitely recommend and would absolutely stay there again if we ever get to make it back to Duck creek village.

Nice mountain retreat

Great place to stay to visit Zion and Bryce, between I-15 and highway 89. The place was clean and comfortable. Walking distance to "downtown" Duck Creek Village with a couple of restaurants and lots of ATV rentals. Aunt Sue's restaurant served great food.

Place needs work

The Bar-b-q was not useable, the furniture was old and broken, there were dirty dishes in the cupboards. The stove was dirty. The place is not insulated very well, you could hear the tenants talking through the walls next door. The lights from the Village shine through the bedroom blinds at night.

Both Good and Not so Good

The place was very comfortable and clean. Location is great with the only downside being a lot of traffic noise late into the night. I would say the only need for improvement would be it does not have a/c so it does get warm inside for most of the day/night, even with windows open. That also leads to the down side of hearing lots of traffic. Overall rating is 4/5 stars because of not having a means to cool down the place without having the windows open...especially at night.

Excellent stay in mountain condo

Condo is located in the middle of Duck Creek a small village on top of a mountain in the Dixie National Forrest. It was perfect for what we wanted to do, which was a place to stay in between Zion NP and Bryce Canyon. The drive for both was 45 min-1 hour which is fine as the drives were breathtaking. Condo has everything you need in a nice sized kitchen and bath. It was great to have laundry since we were hiking everyday. Beds are very comfortable and linens were soft. We stayed during during the first week in April. My advice if you are staying during early spring is to make sure you monitor the weather report. There were 6-8 ft snow drifts and piles from the plows. We were happy we rented a 4 WD SUV to get up and down some of the roads that had a snow pack. We have had no snow by us at all this winter, so we were so excited to finally have some snow! Since we were in the village during a less busy time, some of the restaurants were not open. We shopped at a Walmart Supercenter in Cedar City on the other side of the mountain. It was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend this lovely condo!!

Kid-friendly winter delight

A wonderful winter getaway! The condo was ideal with our 6 year old and 2 year old. The open layout (no stairs) and simple, comfortable furnishings were perfect for our family. We enjoyed day trips to both Bryce Canyon and Zion National Park and loved that the kids could sled and build snowmen right outside the door on the snowier days. The snow clearing service was also excellent, but a 4-wheel or AWD vehicle is highly recommended. We look forward to returning in other seasons!
