Water and Wood Properties welcome you to The Cottage! Beautiful and spacious 4 bedroom / 3 bath home with screened porch and private pier. Quiet neighborhood and stunning sunset views!

When you enter, you are surrounded by relaxing accommodations with a soothing color palette, designer touches and original art throughout the home. As you enter the home, you will find there is a wide open living room and kitchen area where family can stay connected while visiting and sharing family meals. The kitchen features granite countertops, a large refrigerator, electric stove, oven, microwave, toaster, air fryer, blender and a combo Keurig coffeemaker with Kcups, coffee grounds, creamers and sugars plus a tea selection. The kitchen also features additional bar seating for four.

The living room is adjacent to the kitchen featuring comfortable furniture, large sliding glass doors, designer touches, and a large flat screen mounted TV and swinging chair to sit and enjoy the birds or read your favorite book. Next to the living and kitchen is a dining area that comfortably seats 6

All bedrooms include hotel quality beds, mattresses and luxury linens. The Cottage boaster two Primary bedrooms. One with a King size bed, luxury linens and private bath with shower. The other Primary bedroom, facing the bay has a queen size bed, and private bath with tub/shower combo. The other 2 bedrooms have Queen size beds, sharing a bath with glass walled shower. All bathrooms have luxury towels and hotel soaps and shampoo/conditioner.

If you enjoy fishing and crabbing, you are welcome to bring your fishing tackle and try your casting skills at some of the best fishing in Mobile Bay! Crab traps provided!

There's also a swim ladder provided.

The kitchen was clean and the coffee that was supplied was greatly appreciated. The house was very attractive and clean. The instructions were well written and easy to follow. We felt very welcomed. Referring to the repairs you mentioned to me earlier (the house wasn't square and there was a buckle in the floor) ...this is an older cottage, on piers, that's been newly renovated. The small imperfections are part of the charm of bay living. Regardless, I'm glad you enjoyed your visit!

My friends & I (7 of us) stayed at this lovely home in Fairhope. The place was exactly as advertised, if not even better. There were so many thoughtful touches. The view was gorgeous. Great get-away for family

The property was just as posted in pictures online, very clean and comfortable for our group of six. Perfect for relaxing with the most beautiful sunsets. Kitchen was large and well stocked with everything we needed. Bedrooms were lovely and so comfortable. Located in a nice quiet area close to Fairhope with great restaurants and shopping. Would definitely like to visit there again.

All 5 of us enjoyed our morning coffee on the porch in the cool morning breeze. We were greeted by a flock of seagulls lining the pier! It was amazing! They were only on our pier! Beautiful house and property

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage. The beds were very comfortable with nice clean linens. The dock and porch were great and we appreciated all the little extra touches around the house like coffee and aluminum foil! The kids really enjoyed crabbing and fishing. I would not hesitate to rent again!
