Welcome to our charming getaway near stunning white sandy beaches and delightful restaurants. Lovely two bedroom 2 bath. Enjoy the bonus room with a sofa bed prefect for kids or relaxed lounging, equipped with games, a PS4 system and a Fire Stick TV. Primary bedroom with king bed and 55" TV and local cable. Living room with sofa, love seat, recliner and 65"cable TV. Secondary bedroom with queen bed and Roku TV connection. Fantastic location in quiet neighborhood! Well behaved small pets welcomed. Large fenced yard for pets and children to enjoy. Redington and Indian Shores beach minutes away. Easy drive to take in activities in CLEARWATER and ST. PETERSBURG and at JOHNS PASS entertainment area. Close to Seminole City Center and Pinellas trail for hiking/bicycling, Can ride your bike to south to St Petersburg or north to Tarpon Springs. Multiple parks are close. Less than 10 minute drive to VA Hospital in Bay Pines. Tamp International airport approximately 25 mile. Local Co Host knows the area and is a phone call if you have questions. Garage remains closed and locked, guests may use the space for laundry and beach items.

The location is awesome close to everything. Since we had dogs we loved all the close parks we could walk too. The host thought of everything . She responded to a question on the sprinkler quickly. The house is great for family and friends. Only thing we would have liked more was the TV to get the live games but we used our tables

Property was just as advertised. Close to beaches, restaurants and parks. We stayed 4 weeks and would do so again. It has nice furniture, a fenced yard, and was well equipped for a long stay.

Everything about the house was so comfortable and homey. Plenty of space and had everything we needed for our vacation. The fenced in yard was great for my pup. She enjoyed running around freely and I didn't have to worry about her getting in the street. It was a short drive to all of the places we needed to go. Quiet neighborhood. Will definitely try to stay here again in the future. Communication with the owner/co-owner was wonderful.

Our hosts have a lovely home and I believe they thought of everything! The location was great…only 2 miles to the beach. The house was clean, very comfortable and decorated tastefully. Donna & Meghan were so kind and very responsive. If we return to the St Pete area we will definitely hope to stay there! Thank you for providing us an amazing stay!!

Nice quiet neighborhood close to everything

My husband and I traveled with our dog. The home met all our needs and then some. Well equipped and nice quiet neighborhood. Close to the beaches, shopping, and restaurants. If you enjoy taking your pup on a walk I found two parks in close proximity with great trails.

We had a great, albeit too short, stay. The house was super clean, well stocked, and organized. Plenty of towels, blankets (though we brought our own), paper towels, and toilet paper! Great communication with the hosts, especially for a last minute stay over a holiday weekend! And although we didn’t get a beach day in, there’s plenty of beach gear for a fun day at any of the nearby (easy access) beaches!! Great location for getting to all the fun activities across the Tampa Bay area!!

Donna and Meghans’s place is wonderful! We had a 4 night stay with our dog. He absolutely loved the back yard with the perfect weed free lawn! He could run and play and remain clean and sticker free. The house is so comfortable and cute. Every amenity is perfect. Thanks so much!

Excellent Vacation!

The house was in great condition and it had everything you could possibly need for your beach vacation. We truly appreciated the beach towels, beach toys, and beach umbrellas. It was so nice to have house big enough for our family. Our toddler especially loved the play room with all the toys and puzzles. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need to cook meals and the laundry room was great as well. We would definitely stay at this location again!! The host was very friendly and was always available if we needed anything or if we had any questions. She even checked on us when a bad storm passed the area. Thank you so much for everything!!

Quite surroundings. Home is inviting and cozy. Nice patio and large yard for a your pet. Beach chairs, Beach towels and Umbrellas are provided. Designated office space with Spectrum internet. Kitchen is equipped with most all you need for indoor or outdoor cooking. Nice Sunroom as TV/Game Room or for quite time and extra sleeping. Shopping ,restaurants, movie theater and parks close by. Blocks form the Pinellas Hike and Bike Trail. The trail extends form Downtown St Petersburg to Tarpon Springs. The loop is 54 miles. Exit and entrance spots along the way. 2 miles or so to the white sands of Indian Shores Beach, Redington Beach and Maderia Beach. John's Pass shopping an entertainment area only a few more miles. Locals and tourist are always gathering to watch the great sunsets.
