This property was super convenient, easy checkin & out, great view & very clean! I was a little disappointed/confused as the host said there was no WiFi available or AC, despite signs inside the unit indicating otherwise. Since there was no AC, we slept with sliders open & the noise from the club across the street was present till late. We were there 3 nights and ran out of toiletry supplies. Other than that, the unit was overall good.

While we appreciate your comments, we feel a 3-star rating is a bit lower than warranted given the circumstances, and we would like to clarify a few points regarding your stay: Restocking & Supplies: Before your arrival, our housekeeping team left four rolls of Kirkland toilet paper in the unit, as confirmed by our check-in inspection photos. When you mentioned only having one extra roll, we promptly issued a $15 credit to cover any additional supplies for your 3-night stay/4 people. Air Conditioning: Air conditioning is not listed as an amenity in our property description, as this unit does not have central A/C. While we understand the recent record-breaking heat and unusual coastal humidity made your stay less comfortable, local weather conditions are beyond our control. Wi-Fi Access: Complete Wi-Fi login details are provided in the email arrival instructions and posted clearly throughout the condo. As we were not informed of any connectivity issues during your stay, we were unable to assist you in real time. We truly appreciate your business and thank you for staying with us.
