Very spacious unit with a fabulous private deck overlooking the farms, fields and hills that surround the hosts farm. The location is ideal for exploring the region. Everything was quiet and perfect for our 5-night stay.

Definitely a place worth renting. The back porch has a gorgeous view and was comfortable to sit on anytime the of day. This place is secluded from traffic but still close to the Kitchen Kettle. I should note the shower is small so it’s tight and the air conditioning worked but not sure how it would be on the really hot days. Our weather was nice when we stayed so the AC was adequate. This is an older home but very nice inside and clean. The host was very accommodating and quick to answer any questions.

I live in a quiet area, but this stay was on another level. I could not get over how peaceful it was there. We spent time sitting outside under a shade tree listening to cows mooing and horses neighing — no vehicle noise at all. It was so nice that the house wasn’t right along a road. Some places required a bit of a drive, but the scenery made every direction interesting (take your time and take it all in). We had a wonderful time and would absolutely love to return.

Quiet and relaxing

We came for a quick time away to celebrate our 30th anniversary. It was peaceful and relaxing. The view out our window was beautiful. Close enough to shopping but still in the country.

Very spacious

The apartment was great. The host was super responsive. Great communication. It was larger than i expected. 7 minute drive to Kitchen Kettle. One of the nicest things we liked was sitting on the porch and just relaxing while looking at the scenery. Would definitely rent again.

This apartment was by far the most beautiful and quiet place we could’ve stayed in Amish country. The host didn’t forget anything. If you need a place to go to relax and unwind from your busy life this is it. The owners are so very genuine and friendly and their home is absolutely amazing. We will be going back and recommend everyone to check this home away from home out. You won’t be disappointed!
