Beautiful view overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge. This corner condo offers close to 1,900 square feet of living space and features breathtaking views of the sun rising out of the Gulf.. Other architectural features include an open concept living room with 10+ ft ceilings. New appliances and bedding throughout. 201 West’s view perfectly captures the beach and the morning Sun rising out of the Gulf.

Fully appointed kitchen includes all new appliances, breakfast bar, eat in breakfast area, new dining room area, ice maker, ice machine, beverage cooler, Keurig and regular coffee maker, microwave, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, disposal, and laundry room with new full-size washer and dryer. Ceiling fans in all bedrooms and central heating and A/C. Master Bedroom is separated and private from the other two bedrooms and has access door to the balcony. The huge master bath features an inviting whirlpool tub, glass-enclosed shower, double vanity and plenty of storage. This lovely condo is furnished with a mix of traditional and modern decor. On site amenities include hot tub, 2 pools (indoor and out) including a kiddie pool, professional tennis court, pickle ball, a fitness center, a sauna and an outdoor grilling area.

Spacious corner balcony with a direct view of Gulf of Mexico. The balcony provides plenty of seating with new furnishings.

I had issue with plug in switch in the Queen size bedroom not wanting to work the switch was little loose it finally worked with my hair dryer. The condo was very nice.

Too much stuff in cabinets & the whole decor was way too much Hobby Lobby. Too many things in every wall. We had lots of trouble getting sliding door to deck open but glad we had strong men with us. Air conditioning went out but guy was very prompt to take care of it in timely manner. Great location with beautiful view. Great restaurants close by too.

The condo was beautiful and spacious with a great view and vibe. The only problem we had was with the A/C unit but it was resolved right away. The door to the balcony was tricky because it would lock us out if it closed all the way. Fortunately the other door to the master bedroom was open. Also the faucet in the kitchen was hard to keep from dripping if not finagled with.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed the two-week stay. I think this makes ten or twelve years we've stayed at various locations in Martinique. The location and weather were perfect. The amenities were good, and the extra ice maker was terrific. The only complaint is the floors were filthy, though presumably the previous tenant paid - like we did - for a cleaning fee. The first night, we took the grandkids out of the bath and they'd run around barefoot inside the unit. Before bedtime, the soles of their feet were black from what they picked up from the floor, telling me the floors had not been mopped for weeks or months. We found a mop and cleaned the floor ourselves. Way too much to pay in cleaning fees to have the floors ignored.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: On the surface, the unit looked clean. But on closer inspection it was not. The tile floor was very very dirty. My grandsons feet were black when they played without socks on and when I took off their socks off they were literally black. Also the rugs were dirty. I washed one bathroom rug that was obviously soiled and gray and it came out clean. The other rugs did not look washable. The kitchen did seem clean and the appliances were fairly new. I would not stay in this unit again.
