After a dip in the pool, dip into the ground-level game room to catch a must-see game on the TV, a competitive game of pool or a cool drink from the wet bar with full-size refrigerator. A half-bath is on this level, too. The home’s middle level features three bedrooms, all with TVs and access to a covered deck. A king master bedroom has an ensuite bath and a deck off the front of the house. A queen bedroom and a room with two sets of bunk beds share a full hallway bathroom and open to a deck facing the sound and pool. The fourth bedroom is a king master with TV and ensuite bath just off the open living space on the top floor. A cathedral ceiling and walls of windows create an airy and inviting space, where everyone can relax and enjoy the company — with coffee around the breakfast bar, whipping up meals in the well-equipped kitchen, savoring them around the six-seat dining table or getting caught up in a TV show in the living room. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
