Southbay by the Gulf, is a quaint little townhome community located on the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This secluded property offers such a variety of vacation homes; you will be drawn back, time after memorable time. Our units feature private patios/balconies you can enjoy beautiful views from. Southbay has 2 swimming pools and 2 kiddy pools; we heat the south pool seasonally. If it's tennis that you love, we have that too. Our grounds are made for walking so park at your front door and enjoy a stroll through the property while feeding the birds, fish and turtles.

Family trip

Check in process was great until we walked in the condo it was like walking into an oven the air conditioner wasn’t working so I called the emergency hot line and they couldn’t get anybody out to fix it until the next day so for a day and a half we was there sweating don’t call that as being much fun when you’re there trying to enjoy your vacation
