Nestled in Waikiki Banyan Tower 2, this beautifully decorated one-bedroom condo faces east, offering an unobstructed golf course and mountain views from your private lanai. All this is within an easy stroll to the beach, top-notch restaurants, and entertainment.
For your comfort, the air-conditioned unit features a fully equipped kitchen with a countertop for four. The bedroom indulges you with a king-size bed, and the living area presents a Queen-size pull-out sleeper sofa paired with a flat-screen TV. Completing the experience is a walk-in shower bathroom, creating a perfect blend of comfort and convenience in the vibrant heart of Waikiki.
All linens and towels, including beach towels, are provided, and you’ll also have easy access to laundry facilities on each floor. With free high-speed internet and free parking, you just can’t go wrong with Waikiki Banyan!

THE BUILDING:

As of June 2025, the building’s long-awaited elevator project is complete! The old elevators have been fully replaced with brand-new, state-of-the-art models, offering faster, smoother, and more reliable service.
HOW TO GET HERE:
From Honolulu Airport, it is just a 20-minute drive from your destination. Rent a car to explore or grab a taxi for around $45, depending on traffic. Look for signs on the way to the taxi area upon arrival. Enjoy your trip!

Regarding early check-ins or late checkouts, we’re unable to confirm those requests at the moment. If you’d like to ensure you can either check in early or check out late, we’d suggest booking an extra night. In such cases, please reach out to Midway Vacations, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
STARTER SUPPLIES:
We provide a welcome starter supply kit stocked with - one pack of coffee grounds, coffee filters, toilet paper, paper towel, tissue, can liners, salt & pepper, spray oil, laundry detergent, dish soap, sponge, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, and bar soap. Please note that this is only a starter supply to make sure you have everything you need upon arrival.
HOUSEKEEPING:
Our professional housekeeping team has strict procedures and checklists to guarantee constant quality across all our properties. All linens and towels are professionally cleaned with scent-free detergent and high-temperature washing (180F). Our trained inspectors also check everything before each arrival.
The cleaning fee includes all of the services listed above and restocking for amenities after each departure. There will be an extra charge if excessive cleaning is necessary. Thank you for your understanding.
LINENS & TOWELS:
You will receive one set of towels (bath towel, hand towel, washcloth, beach towel) per guest. Beds are equipped with a fitted sheet, two flat sheets, and a blanket. Linens for the sleeper sofa are on the sofa mattress, and pillows and blankets are in the closet.
BEACH ESSENTIALS:
We’ve got beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella ready for you in the unit so you can enjoy some fun in the sun. If you’d like a beach mat or snorkeling gear, just let us know—we’re happy to provide them upon request!
LAUNDRY ROOMS:
There are laundry rooms on each floor with coin and credit-card-operated washers and dryers. A single pack of laundry detergent is provided in your starter supply kit. There is a coin change machine next to the lobby in Tower 2. Laundry room hours are from 8 am-10 pm daily.
TRASH ROOM:
Trash rooms are located at the end of each floor, next to the emergency exit.

My husband and young daughter stayed here for our week in Waikiki. It was the perfect size for just the three of us. Very clean apartment! It had everything we needed for cooking, cleaning and general stay. The beach chairs were clutch for us too. Don’t even get me started about the view. Stunning!! It was a 5-6 minute walk to the beach. It was honestly perfection. When we come back to Honolulu, we will definitely want to stay here again!

The room was great! However our check in experience was terrible. The front desk staff was very rude and unprofessional. We arrived at the property in the late evening due to the tsunami warning. The front desk staff told us the elevators were turned off due to the tsunami warning so that meant my family and I would have to access our room via the stairway. When I informed them that was unacceptable (because that meant hiking 38 floors with 4 suitcases), the front desk staff very rudely told me 'that's the way it goes'. Eventually the building mgr. allowed us to use the elevator to access our room. We were grateful that he had enough common sense to help us.

We can only imagine how stressful it must have been—arriving late at night with your family and luggage, and on top of that, right after a tsunami warning.
While safety protocols are essential to protect everyone during emergencies, the way this was communicated to you clearly fell short of the courtesy and professionalism you deserve. We’re relieved the building manager was able to assist, but we regret that your first impression wasn’t as warm and welcoming as it should have been. Please note that the front desk and manager are part of the building administration, which operates separately from us, as we only manage the unit itself. We wish we had been made aware of this during your stay so we could have helped right away.
Your feedback has been shared with building management so they can address this with their team and improve how such situations are handled in the future. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding during such an unusual event, and we’re glad to hear the rest of your stay was smooth and enjoyable.
We loved this place! The unit was clean, just the right size for us, & close to everything in Waikiki. We loved waking up to the beautiful view of the mountains & the nights were just as beautiful with the city lights & stars above. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes & supplies needed for our stay. The only set back was the elevators, which has nothing to do with this awesome unit. Elevators were always packed because it seemed like only 2 were running. But hey we made due & still enjoyed our stay. Will definitely want to use this place again.

We loved staying in this unit. There was plenty of space for me, my husband and 11 year old daughter. The condo seems newly renovated and had a very nice big kitchen with an island that made cooking easy. It also had really tall ceilings which added to the spacious feeling. The mountain view from the lanai was beautiful. And even had a peekaboo ocean view off to the right. We appreciated that they had nicer lanai lounge chairs to make enjoying the view with a glass of wine more comfortable. The bedroom is a good size with sliding doors that close it off from the main living area for privacy. There is also a desk and chair with a nice window view of the mountains. This was one of the reasons I chose this condo since I had to do some work the first week I was there. Our daughter slept on the pullout couch which was fairly comfortable as far as pullout couches go (tip: make sure you pull the section up at the top where your head goes, otherwise you head will be angled down. We did not realize this until the last day). The only con was the elevators. We knew in advance that they were doing work on them so that there would be longer wait times, but it often took a while to get down and the elevators would be packed with people. But everything else was great and we really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay in this unit again.
