The Space:

Soft ocean breezes drift through open doors as you ease into island time, with Waikiki’s shoreline just a short walk away. Mornings begin on your private balcony overlooking the recreation deck, while evenings carry the hum of the city below and the silhouette of Diamond Head in the distance. Between beach days and relaxed moments indoors, the space offers a calm, elevated retreat above the energy of Honolulu.



Sleeping arrangements

The layout accommodates up to 4 guests with a flexible setup. The bedroom, separated by a sliding door, includes a queen-size bed and a twin-size bed. In the living area, a pull-out sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping space. Bed linens, towels, and extra pillows and blankets are provided for a comfortable stay.



Living area

An open layout connects the living room, dining area, and kitchen, creating an easy flow throughout the home. You can unwind with the TV, stay cool with the window AC unit in the living room, or step out onto the balcony for fresh air and partial Diamond Head views. Ethernet connection and fast wifi (220 Mbps) support streaming and remote work with ease.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is set up for preparing meals at home, with full-size appliances and a dining table that seats four. Whether you’re starting your day with coffee or gathering for a relaxed dinner, the space is designed for simple, shared moments.

A full bathroom with a bathtub and bathroom essentials provides convenience throughout your stay.



Outdoor living & building amenities

The private patio or balcony extends your living space outdoors with seating and an outdoor dining area. Within the building, you’ll find shared amenities including an outdoor pool, shared hot tub, sauna, shared BBQ grill, and an outdoor playground with play structures. Elevator access, a free parking garage on premises, and an EV charger add ease to your stay. Laundry facilities are available in the building.

Getting around the Waikiki Banyan is easy, with many attractions like Waikiki Beach and Kapiolani Park just a short walk away. ✨RECREATION DECK (6TH FLOOR)

The recreation deck at Waikiki Banyan is currently undergoing a complete transformation and is scheduled to officially reopen on May 18, 2026.



Once completed, this will be the largest recreation deck in Waikiki, entirely rebuilt with all-new amenities, landscaping, and furniture. The redesigned space will include:



• A large heated swimming pool

• Three brand-new hot tubs

• A brand-new sauna

• All new loungers and daybeds

• Modern barbecue and grill stations with seating

• A children’s playground

• A full tennis and play court



Everything on the deck will be new, beautifully designed, and ideal for families, couples, and longer stays.

The recreation deck and its amenities are not accessible prior to May 18, 2026. Some daytime construction activity may be present. Rates have already been adjusted accordingly.

• Free parking is included (maximum vehicle height: 6 ft). Large SUVs or lifted vehicles are not recommended. The garage is best suited for compact cars and mid-size SUVs.

• A parking pass will be available after check-in. Detailed instructions will be provided once your booking is confirmed. Please remember to return both the parking pass and keys at check-out to avoid additional fees.

• Be sure to review the Amenities section to confirm that everything you need is included.

• We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your vacation investment against unforeseen circumstances.
