Penny is a wonderful host. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for a beach vacation. We spent morning at the beach and then afternoon poolside. House is close to some really good restaurants at Murrells Inlet.o highly recommend!

I’m so skeptical in booking places; just all the puffing (not lies, but very close to it). Penny’s place was absolutely fantastic and a godsend that it was pet-friendly. I’ve never been in a cleaner rental. The place was immaculate. The pool water was crystal clear and the new grass around the pool deck was pristine. Location was perfect, a quick 3 min walk to the beach. We liked it so much we asked to extend, but unfortunately it was already taken. We will definitely come back and stay.

Perfect Family Getaway

The house was perfect, great communication with the owner and the location to all activities in the area was a bonus. The house was very clean and well maintained, the owners take great pride in this rental.

La Vita Bella was on the top of the list for beach places we've previously stayed in. It had everything we needed and more. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and spent a lot of time there. The beach was very close by. I think some of the ocean front high-rise condos have farther to walk than we did. Beautiful residential area. Stores very close by. Great communication with owner. A lot more peaceful than other areas of Myrtle Beach. Hope to return in the future!

Wonderful Stay

This was our first trip to Surfside Beach and we greatly enjoyed our stay. The house was a great location, clean and plenty of room for our family. Beach access is easy & very close. Penny is great to work with and attentive to any questions we had! We look forward to returning!

Best Family Vacation

This was one of the most enjoyable vacations to date. The home is beautifully maintained and the amenities are wonderful. Penny is a very welcoming host and very responsive. We will 100% be booking with her again!

Our time at La Vita Bella was nothing short of amazing! The location was quiet, yet convenient! With a super short walk to the beach, it was perfect for the adults and the kids. The pool was a great size for our group and everything you needed was there for your use! Penny was super attentive, as the pool light went out and the next day it was fixed and working perfectly! Highly recommend this property!

Beautiful beach house located within 60 steps of the beach. House has all of the amenities that you would need, very clean, and well kept. Host was there for anything we needed. Couldn’t have asked for a better beach house or host.

LVB is the best!

Our entirely family stayed in LVB for a week in June and it was the best experience. The house was spacious, well organized, and laid out very efficiently for multiple families. The pool was perfect and the beach was VERY close! It was great to bring the kids back and forth during the day. The area is quiet and peaceful. We really enjoyed our time and home to come back one day!

Great Location

We had a wonderful time at La Vita Bella. Clean, spacious, and a 3 minute walk to the beach. We spent equal times at the beach and the pool. Surfside Beach proved to be a nice vacation spot: close to the Grand Strand amenities but preserves a quiet neighborhood setting. We will definitely return.

The Beautiful Pink House

The property was wonderful! It was clean and very well maintained. The owner Penny was very helpful and answered all our questions. The private pool was also very clean and a nice spot to cool off. The house location was the best with only a very short walk to the beach access entry.

Thanksgiving Getaway

Thanksgiving this year was different and since there was not a whole family get together, we decided to take our immediate family to the beach. The owner was a pleasure to work with and made sure our stay was great. The house is exactly as presented. The ocean views from the balconies was a nice treat. We will definitely be back.

Great week!!

The house was perfect for our group!! Lots of room for our grown kids and their friends. The beach was only a few steps away!! The kitchen was well-stocked. The pool was nice and offered a great place to hang out after dinner!! Penny was informative and easily accessible!! Will definitely be back next time we head to the beach!
