The renowned Oyster Club & Treehouse are next door, as well as the acclaimed Sift Bakery.⁣

Exceptional space & host! Can be noisy.
Absolutely exceptional space! Alden has pulled out all the stops with amenities, design, and comfort - as pictured! The location is great and very walkable. Note: the nature of the building lends itself to a decent amount of noise. I do not feel it warrants a negative review. The walls are thin; you can hear footsteps from upstairs guests and you can hear the next door neighbors movements. The bar downstairs is open late ~1am and people linger; we could clearly hear conversations/quarrels. If you can't hear the bar music, you can certainly feel it laying in bed. Our neighbors were incredibly noisy with a child and there was a drag show on the Sunday night of Labor Day weekend - surprise! As it was our second night, we knew the drill and decided to stay up and not try to fight sleep. It ended up being the quietest night once the show was over ~1am ish and thankfully we did not have to leave super early Monday.

Unplug and unwind
Fun and eclectic decorating style, perfectly located for walking distance for the Mystic Art show this weekend. Spotless and inviting, great place to unwind. Plan ahead, no tv or microwave, but we actually did not miss them! We enjoyed the music coming from the Port of Call, and it was long over before bed time. Lovely seating area on the deck for morning coffee within view of the river. Reccommended!

Comfortable place, noisy neighbors
Everything was as advertised with this rental and we enjoyed our time. However, one thing not mentioned in the provided info was the restaurant and bar downstairs that also has live music. Ear plugs and white noise machine were provided and sleeping wasn’t too difficult but the music and people noise does carry on till late hours.

This place was great. Right in the heart of downtown Mystic, an easy walk to main street and tons of dining options. Property itself was really cool and we liked the feeling of our own little hide-away right in the midst of things. There are two other properties in the same building that look just as nice if this one is booked.
