Built in 1964 and carefully restored, it is amongst the finest of Sandpiper homes by famed mid-century modern architect, William Krisel, and carries a “Palm Desert Historical” designation. Breathtaking views of local mountains and includes your own private large open-air atrium with a modern fire pit, outdoor sofas and a dining area. We know you will love this wonderful, modern get-away. The kitchen has everything you could possibly want including a Sub-Zero fridge, a wine fridge, an eating bar and every amenity you could ask for.
We want your visit to be enjoyable. It is important that you are aware of some of the rules and regulations that are strictly enforced. Please read the following carefully before booking. Thank you! Important items to remember: Any violation of the house rules and your signed contract can result in a fine or eviction.
• NO OUTDOOR MUSIC/NOISE. The City of Palm Desert has very strict regulations about noise/music. No outdoor music is allowed and a fine of $1,500 will be charged directly to the guests.
• NO PETS ALLOWED.
• NO SMOKING. All our properties have a no smoking policy. Smoking will result in a $1,500 fine.
• NO PARTIES: We do not allow parties/events at this property, please respect occupancy limits and noise ordinance.
• HOMES HAVE STRICT OCCUPANCY LIMITS. Over occupying the home will result in fines and/or eviction.
• CHECK-IN: The City of Palm Desert requires a copy of an ID prior to check-in.
• MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT. The City of Palm Desert requires the signer to be 25 years of age.
• CHARGES FOR VIOLATIONS of house rules are strictly enforced. You can expect to be fined for smoking, damages to property, excess trash, extra cleaning, over occupying, outdoor music, large parties, moving furniture, pets without consent, or violations of any kind to our house rule or signed agreement. Fines and violations can range from $150 to $10,000 based on the severity of the violation of house rules and damages incurred.
