Family reunion

The two townhouses were beautiful. The check in was easy. Teddy, the host, was easy to communicate with and answered all of my questions. He also had good recommendations. The townhouses were close enough to walk to downtown, farmers market, and Marathon village.

Hi there! My name is Teddy and I've been hosting in Nashville for two years. I'm a native Nashvillian so I know this city better than most! My love for hosting really came about after spending a year traveling the world. I've stayed in homes all over - from Kathmandu to Medellin! But there's nothing quite like Nashville. :-)

My brother and I own and operate 5 vacation rentals in Nashville. Our focus goes beyond creating fun, imaginative spaces - we obsess over the guest experience. If you've ever stayed at a VRBO before, you'll notice the difference before, during, and after your stay! If you're curious to learn more about what staying at one of our properties is like, we're always happy to answer any questions.

Why they chose this property

We put a lot of thought into the creation of these homes! My brother designed one house while I designed the other. We let our personalities guide the design - clean but not stuffy, and a focus on fun and creativity. We take pride in making sure the homes are well maintained and match guest expectations - no surprises at check-in!

We love the skyline views when the sun is setting - it really is unbeatable! There's a ton of unique design touches throughout as well. We were able to acquire the original architectural plans for the Batman Building for a wall mural and there's a bunch of local art you can find in the properties. The beds are also super comfy - we get compliments on them all the time!

What makes this property unique

The location! It's ridiculously close to everything. Great jumping off point!

The views! They're incredible.

The beds & pillows! We went all out on these. You'll find four COOP pillows per bed and one COOP body pillow - they're the best!

The little touches! You'll notice everything is labelled - you won't have to open all the cabinets & drawers to find the wine opener. :-) There's also white-noise machines in each bedroom and dedicated spaces to charge electronics.
