Fall Break beauty

Perfect in every way, could use a refresh and maybe swap out some outlets with ones with USB ports, but we loved it.

The room was filthy. Only stayed 2 nights so it wasn’t worth it to move all of our stuff and have to stay out of the room to have it recleaned. This unit definitely needs to be updated/remodeled. Needed more clear instructions (like unit being on 15th floor) and parking costed more than listed. The view was gorgeous. The beach was nice. Location was great. We would not stay at this property again unless it was cleaned and updated though.

We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the gorgeous view, beach, and location, and we truly appreciate your honest feedback. Nice

We really enjoyed our stay at Phoenix 4153. We would strongly recommend a new set of pots and pans. They are in terrible shape and they are not expensive to replace and would make cooking so much easier. Also, shower drains very slow in the master and needs to be looked at. Hope to be back again in the future!

Easy access to the beach. Lots of great amenities!

Traveled with my wife, 15 year old son and his friend, and my parents. Great condo! Well maintained, everything was in good working condition, and the complex has lots of great amenities, including an indoor heated pool, outdoor pool, sauna, hot tub, tennis courts, basketball court, etc. My only complaint was the $55 parking fee. Easy access to the beach with a shower and garden hoses to rinse things off on your way back to the room. View from the balcony is awesome! Would definitely stay here again.

Consider another unit

Unit was satisfactory. Bathroom very small and tub drained poorly. Kitchen well equipped with utensils and cookware. One elevator was down for over two days causing long waits. Probably looking for a different unit next time. Reservations and check in/out very easy.

dishwasher was broken but a new dishwasher was installed immediately. excellent service. Also changed batteries on remote immediately when we called about problem with remote in master bedroom. again, excellent service. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, silverware, glasses, cups, coffee makers and anything else needed in a kitchen. also had a lot of seating for TV watching and nice big dining table and chairs. Very enjoyable stay at condo and beach. only one item was that the ceiling fans needed to be cleaned.

Older unit that desperately needed a facelift. Elevator broke. 15 flights of stairs is rough. Sliding door to balcony did not lock. Safety hazard with kids. Shower door in restroom was broken and smashed my child’s arm. We could not wait to check out!

I was offered additional days at a discounted rate. However, I showed up a little early and was told I could not even access the beach until check in time without paying their additional early arrival fee. We were told we would receive a text when the unit was ready but never received one. At 4 exactly we attempted the 8 digit code and the unit had clearly been ready for at least the majority of the day if not days. The buttons on the keypad have worn off and it made it extremely difficult to read. Let alone trying to remember that code. We were told by 3 people along with all instructions that the unit had NO PASSWORD but I kept calling and was eventually sent to maintenance who also said no PW but said to try this one... IT DID REQUIRE A PASSWORD. Without the wifi there was limited calls coming in or going out. That's a safety problem. Also, on the instructions it had a set price of 55 for parking passes but the email sent 2 days before arrival showed 60. I had intended to pay cash upon arrival and was charged 70 and cash was not accepted. NO WHERE DOES IT MENTION THAT THE PRICE IS A DISCOUNT BEFORE ARRIVAL. The bathtub in the main bathroom in a hazard. It has glass sliding doors with a low bar (I am not even tall) but trying to lift your legs up and over but in between the tiny opening while bending down was wild and the toilet was blocking an entire side. The entire thing was technically clean but still felt dirty. Most of the walls had patches of missing paint.
