About this property

SH 149.Ocean View Townhouse with great pool and ocean view.

Come and stay at our unique, cozy condo overlooking phase 1 pool with a view of the Atlantic ocean. The unit is equipped with a king size bed in master with a large TV and walk-in shower in bathroom, two twin size beds in guest bedroom with a large TV and comfortable setting. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower. The dining room table has seating for 6 so the whole family can enjoy mealtime together. The unit has tile flooring throughout first level and wood floors throughout second level. Summerhouse has 4 temperature regulated pools to swim comfortably all year round. Cooling as well as heated pool temps. Four tennis courts as well as two racquetball/pickle ball courts. Two grilling areas and two playgrounds for the kids. We have a small library and a gym available in the office during office hours.

Could have slept a little better

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was great but the master bedroom bed sunk in the middle. I would not stay in condo 149 again unless replaced.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love staying at Summerhouse and have for many years.This was a well appointed unit. The furniture was nice, but the mattress in the master is completely worn out. The owners mentioned replacing it prior to our stay and sincerely hope they have. Also, this balcony faces north so in the winter months it gets very little sun. Would be great in warmer months. All kitchen utensils need to be replaced. Some potential for mechanical noise from the pool.Overall, this location was great (as always) and our neighbors were very friendly and quiet. Great access to beach and Matanzas River. Lots of pickleball players and opportunity as well. Will schedule another visit soon.
