In July and August, Wintergreen hosts its renowned Summer Music Festival with concerts and master classes — a beautiful time to visit.

Winter is prime season, and one of the best features of this condo is the ability to walk to the slopes — no driving required. Lift and tubing tickets sell out quickly, so we recommend purchasing in advance. Ski rentals can be reserved at The Ski Barn at the base of the mountain (Rt. 151 & Rt. 664).

The Space

With four bedrooms and four bathrooms, there’s plenty of room for family and friends to relax together.

On warm days, enjoy the enormous wraparound deck — stretching the full width of the living room and wrapping around to the primary suite — perfect for dining al fresco or soaking in the mountain air.

The condo is stocked with books and games and includes high-speed internet and Roku TVs throughout. If you’re feeling musical, there’s a guitar and ukulele waiting to be played.

First Floor:

Primary Suite: King bed, spacious bath with Jacuzzi tub and shower, Roku TV, private deck access

Second Bedroom: Queen bed, balcony overlooking Devil’s Knob Golf Course

Second Floor:

Third Bedroom: Queen bed, private bath, Roku TV, mountain views

Fourth Bedroom: Two twin beds, private bath, golf course views

Three of the four bedrooms are en suite.

Important Notes

The condo is on the top floor and does not have elevator access. It may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.

During ski season, a shuttle stops in front of the building every 30 minutes. The Highland Express chairlift is approximately a 10-minute walk.

Lift and tubing tickets sell out quickly — reserve in advance.

Motorcycles are prohibited on the mountain. Guests may park motorcycles at the WPOA community office entrance.

There is a Ring doorbell at the front door and a Ring camera on the deck (pointed outward toward the valley and slopes). There are no interior cameras.

Pet Policy

We welcome friendly, well-behaved, fully house-trained dogs under 45 lbs. An additional pet fee applies.
