The Palm Club offers a tranquil outdoor patio, filled with fountains, palm trees, & furniture, for all of the Palm Club guests to enjoy. A stay at the Palm Club also includes membership to downtown's only Pool Club, The Wonderer!

The Space:
The Mediterranean Palm is part of the Palm Club - a collection of 7 vacation villas, each with tropical setting. This unit is an ADA compliant, single floor vacation villa unlike any other in the heart of downtown.

The Mediterranean Palm at The Palm Club accommodates up to 12 guests between 4 bedrooms, 4 baths.

This 2-acre private membership club nestled in downtown Charleston is a modern oasis offering resort-style amenities and a Bali-Tulum-inspired atmosphere unparalleled on the peninsula.

Refresh and relax at the Jr. Olympic pool complete with pool-side cabanas or savor the onsite eateries offering breakfast, lunch, dinner, and trendy cocktails. Guests can also enjoy an indoor gym and fitness studio with daily classes, a recovery room full of spa therapies, private and shared workspaces, live music, and an active calendar of social events.

Once you confirm your reservation at The Wonderer, you will receive a link to book your time to visit the campus. Please note, all fitness classes and ticketed events are offered based on availability and may come at an additional cost.

Each Palm Club Collection unit D - G comes with one assigned on-site parking spot near the unit’s entrance and a residential street parking pass for one car. While theft is rare Charleston is a city and we encourage guests to ensure their cars are locked and all valuables have been removed.

Town & Island Co. welcomes all our furry companions. There is a $75 non refundable pet fee. You are responsible to inform us you are traveling with your pet(s), so we can add this charge to your booking. Please note: If upon check out, we see evidence of an unregistered pet, the $75 pet fee will be taken out of your SD authorization hold.
We ask guests traveling with their pets to not allow them on any furniture to maintain the quality and cleanliness of our human centered spaces. **no pets on furniture and beds**

We do not allow any installations of wall hangings, due to damage to the walls and/or wallpaper in the unit. Evidence of any wall hangings will be deducted from the security deposit.

Charleston 61 Cannon
Four Master BR’s with private baths is a rarity to find. This placed filled the bill for our group of four couples. The only negative was parking. The lot is very narrow and tight, especially for SUV’s and trucks. Only having one assigned parking spot with a four bedroom condo is a major downer for this property. They give you a list of parking garages but the closest one is about a half mile away. For this reason I couldn’t rate the unit 5 stars.

Great House
This was a great place for a girl's trip or a couple's trip. There were four ladies in our group and we each had our own bedroom and bathroom. That sure made getting ready for our day easier not sharing a bathrooom. The beds were very comfortable! Management was very prompt to fix a problem with an alarm beeping when we arrived. The house was quiet during our stay. We stayed a Monday - Friday. Thursday got noisier with people coming in for the weekend. Overall, it was great and I would highly recommend the Mediterranean Palm!

Lovely but loud
The property itself is really lovely. Open, great space for the five of us. Each bedroom had a nice bathroom. Location is great too. But the unit itself has no sound barrier between the up and downstairs units, or the outside walls. So we could hear everything that was happening upstairs and outside. Someone in our group was woken up many times each night by noise. I guess that’s why there was a basket with earplugs on the kitchen counter and noise machines in each bedroom! It was spring break so hopefully in other times it’s quieter. Would def not recommend for light sleepers or families with small kids.
