Kara & I do not live on-site but are only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival.

•Smoking and pets (due to allergies) are NEVER permitted in our home.

•You are welcome to use our outdoor, backyard fire pit, but note that all fires must be contained within the fire pit.

•If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back
